Worst place to take your packages! They are the slowest employees ever. They stand in back and talk all day long while they have a line outside the door. Always hot inside and the employees are clueless. They don't pay attention to detail and ive lost packages multiple times through them. They are the worst and have even worse service. Never again!

I needed to ship an important package overnight, the place feels overwhelming and understaffed, which quickly became apparent. Firstly, I had to wait in line for over 20 minutes, even though there were only a few customers ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, the employee who assisted me seemed rushed and inattentive. After completing the transaction, I requested a tracking number and confirmation of the overnight shipping, but the employee forgot to provide the receipt. When I asked for it, he seemed annoyed and had to reprint it, further delaying the process. The final straw was when I tracked the package the next day, only to find that it had not been shipped overnight as requested. Instead, it was scheduled for a standard three-day delivery. I immediately contacted the store to rectify the issue, but I was met with indifference and was told there was nothing they could do. This experience left a negative impression for me, There staff are clearly not trained well, the store is always crammed, shipping is overpriced, and the employees look miserable.

Very rude arrogant staff that will speak down to you if you are not a packing professional such as they are. Nickle and dime you for services most packing other places will do for free. Reason 5463 to not use UPS for anything.

This UPS store is the worst shipping, packing and PO box store on the planet. I cancelled my PO box because it was getting more and more expensive while the service was getting less and less. The last straw was their remodel. After completing the remodel, the box I paid for (more than any other location) was no longer mine. Now I have to come during office hours and they have my mail behind the counter. At the same time my rates went up again. I took in a return the other day carefully packed and they made me unpack it so they could throw it in a plastic bag. Today I brought one in unpackaged and they want it in a box. Ridiculous and the worst customer service there is. I would give them a 0 but it is not available.
