Great car wash, but would be even better if the vacuums are all working, some have poor suction. It's a bit expensive.

My car was damaged due to new employees not knowing how to space vehicles in between cars. My bumper got damaged it's been over 2 weeks now, and the manager called me and left me a message. I returned his call, and I haven't recd a call back. I went back to establishment 2 days ago that he was not there, left him a message with a female attendant, and still nothing 8/12/24. I guess I'm getting my lawyers involved

Sometimes the brushes work at the end. And the first guy who’s supposed to spray your car barely sprays. It’s better than a car wash at a gas station. But not by much.

THEY REFUSE TO PAY FOR DAMAGES OF $500. TO MY CAR, THEY ARE CRIMINALS!

If you want to keep your special car free from damage I suggest you go to some place where they pay attention to detail and do not damage your car through no fault of your own, and pay for damages as a reputable company would normally do.
**** Update **** This unscrupulous company should be treated as a scandalous pariah, because they have no honor or integrity. They have lied to the Better Business Bureau by saying the crossbars on my Hyundai Palisade is after market after I provided Hyundai receipt showing they are original Hyundai parts. They have refused to make good on the $500. damage to my vehicle due to the negligence of their worker not entering in their computer that my vehicle had crossbars, that if done correctly the last drying roller does not touch the hood, the front window or the top of the car. Being totally disgusted with their unethical conduct, I terminated my account as of today, 9 May 2023.
As Requested by management I went into Go Car Wash yesterday, 1 November 2023, and met a polite courteous manager by the name of Abdulla Almjarkash and told him that a manager had responded to my complaint and told me to come in and speak to their team members to resolve my problem. I then explained what had happened to my vehicle being damaged by unintentional negligence on the part of the Car Wash Business. He asked me to send the correspondence concerning my vehicle from Hyundai showing the crossbars were not aftermarket but in fact were original Hyundai Parts. I tried to send it to the manager but for some reason the email address was wrong. Took it to their office this morning, 2 Nov. 2023,
I decided to leave because they were quite busy when I was walking away a person was walking towards me and said "hey are you the one who submitted this paperwork" in a demeaning and accusatory manner. The young assistance manager walked over to me with him. The new person did not introduce himself so I did not know who he was, so I said yes I did as the assistance manager had asked me to. He stated this is not new evidence to prove the crossbars were not aftermarket, I explained the receipt was from Hyundai and they were original parts. I also explained their employee failed to enter the fact my vehicle had crossbars on my vehicle and it was the reason why the machine touched my hood, the glass, and the top of the vehicle that caused the crossbar to be ripped off. He tried to say their company was not responsible when I then told him that they were responsible and because he refused to resolve the issue I told him we were done talking. I thanked the young manager for his professional attitude but told the rude person who did not identify himself that I did not appreciate his attitude, demeanor, and unprofessional conduct.
I called back to the Go Car Wash to find out who this person was and I was told it was their District Manager Omar Kobbe.I told the young manager that he was very professional in conducting business with me but Mr. Kobbe was outright unprofessional.
2/27/2024 - Management's response says "Once again" unfortunately it is said to deceive the public as if they are trying to resolve the issue when they are not! Reimburse for the $500 damages as a reputable company would do, you have my address to send check to. Do the right thing if you know how!

Went here today, I didn't know they didn't offer full washes everyday. They didn't have anyone working today in that section. They also didn't ha e the pressure blower attachments for people using the self vacuum stations. I like coming here but when they have everything available. Check the schedule before going.

Beware of the trick, if you get a $10 car wash, it does not include the top air dryer so your car comes out, wet windows, and everything so be prepared to Dry it off yourself.
I’m a monthly member and for the last three months I paid $20.99 per month. And received a really nice wash few wet spots.
Last month I paid $20.99 for monthly service and was receiving the complete package with the top air dryer so my car was coming out pretty nice.
I check my credit card this month June to see if they had charged me and they did $10
I thought it was some kind of a discount they gave me for being a good customer. I went to the car wash today June 2, 2024 and my car came out all wet.
When I asked a manager what was going on because my car was all wet. He explain to me that I only was getting the $10 package. Which that does not include the top air dryer shine.
I explain to him that I have paid $20.99 and signed up for the monthly of $20.99.
He told me that if I signed up for the $20.99
that will only give me the $10 package
And in order to receive the service that I was getting last month, I would have to join the $30 monthly.
Well, nobody told me this while I was signing up plus I’m a regular customer who has been on the monthly program and I always just pay $20 plus a month. A customer next to me was also complaining about how wet his car with us and Xpress he never had this problem before. But if this is the way they are going to wash his car, he said he buys well stay home and do it his self that’s just how much water was on both of our cars.
So is the $10 car wash worth it/ free vac you dry That’s up to you / But I don’t think so.
If you join the Monthly program make sure they are going to get what you are paying for.

Now members are inconvenienced by having to wait to enter through the same gate people use to sign up for monthly service. Something is always broken in the wash. Rude management, the last manager was great. Refused to cancel my membership. Off to Quick Quack.
