This is why this place has horrible reviews there customer service is so bad my appointment was at 1 they had me sighn in for a standby waited 1 hr 15 in total they stated I called them bitches and said they weren't going to see me , I stated to get a # I can call and complain and they didn't even give me a complete phone number lol never did I call them anything but if the shoe fits them they went ahead and wear it

It looks decent at first, but then you realize there's no front desk, only computer check in, and then everything starts to go down from there. I'm sitting here as a walk-in, and I don't mind waiting, but I have sat here witnessing everyone else get screwed over. People just wanting to do drop offs waiting for hours. People who made appointments but are told to their face that they're not on "the list." Or people who showed up 1 or 2 minutes late for their appointment and the system automatically deletes their appointment. Yelling matches between the nurses and patients. And then the cherry on top is that the nurses told us after 2 hours of waiting that we're wasting our time, instead of maybe saying something at the beginning. Instead, they let the little computer tell us it will only be 30-60 minutes. They say they're busy with appointments every 10 minutes, but I've been timing them and it takes them at least 15-20 to come out and call someone. There was even a good 20 minutes where it was only the walk-ins left in the waiting area, and they had not come out at all to bring in any of us. I fear this place is the opposite of good healthcare, where all it serves is themselves, and trying to fill in a hole that the medical industry needs, with the least amount of effort. Literally trying to cover a gunshot with a bandaid, and they seem to have no qualms about that. It's not built to serve at all, and does not think about people with urgent medical issues and maybe need to get their blood work done same day, or elderly people who don't have smartphones, which is crazy because the waiting rooms are 99% older people. Look up The Blue Yarn test by Toyota. This place would absolutely fail.Edit: They didn't even get through all the appointments, so I'm not sure what the point of scheduling an appointment is either.

This was my third attempt to get my blood taken which I actually got in. I searched for an appointment early because fasting you need an early appointment. The first time I went they said I needed a paper from my doctor which was right upstairs. The doctor took 20 minutes. Quest Diagnostics said I lost my place. The waiting for non appointments is ridiculous. The second attempt was for a 6:10 appointment. I was there and they said I was late. I was there at 5:30 checked in at 5:30 now today. I checked in at 5:30 something. They didn't open at 5:30 like they're supposed to. I was the first appointment they called two other people that weren't even on the board and my name disappeared. I had to stop them to let them know what happened, Your system sucks. You have lots of rooms and only two people working slowly. You need to put a reminder in there your patients have jobs too.

If I can give this place a 0 I would. Worst customer service with rude employees that don't have any care. Why get in healthcare if you don't have any care or compassion. Made an appointment on the phone, showed up and they don't have my appointment somehow. Waited on the waitlist for two hours without them calling any walkings. When you check in it says the wait could be 30 to and hour I waited two hours and the employee said oh well you don't have and appointment and if appointments keep coming in you won't be seen. Rude people unprofessional with no care. These people shouldn't even have a job. I'll take my insurance money somewhere else besides Quest. They need to do a better job hiring people.

Don't like their non-patient customer service. Making an appointment, checking in, no personal help if there's a problem. Went in without doctors order and had to drive home to get it, when I got back I missed my appointment according to the computer so had to start all over, there was no one to talk to! Switched to LabCorp!

Staff seem to be waiting on appointments to come in and make patients on standby wait longer on purpose! It seems there's only 2 on staff and coming out only when patients with appointments have checked in. Perception is reality. This location has lazy staff

Slow. short staffed... Yet another typical company trying to "get-by" on COVID skeleton staffing at the time and expense of their customers. ANOTHER WALMART with long goofy lines. COVID IS OVER. HIRE PEOPLE! The common banter in the waiting room with patients today is: "How much we really HATE IT HERE!'. Very frustrating. They also have numerous "empty address's" listed all over Hemet - with abandoned property when you arrive from prior "moved from: business locations and addresses listed. I WNT TO TWO LISTED LOCATIONS before I found a QUEST . I would verify this address foolishness first. It's all kind of "sketchy". The "moving around", sketchy locations and abandoned locations all over Hemet... staffing with bare necessity staffing... The company is obviously trying to squeeze every penny it possibly can from the area by not staffing and upgrading locations to more "professional" areas and locations. Who ever is in charge of this area is asleep at the wheel with QUEST. Try to choose another lab testing company or location. This location sucks.

My mother had a appointment at 1030 am then they pushed her down till 1150 then lady that took my mom back was a complete idiot told her our issue she didn't even say sorry just rude and can't even talk to anyone for complaints

I went to Quest this morning for blood work for my upcoming physical. The place was packed. But, even so, they were very efficient in moving people in and out. Check-in was automated using self-service kiosks. Our turn came up quickly (we had scheduled appointments.) From the time we were called (my wife and I scheduled appointments close together), until the time we left took only about 7 or 8 minutes. The phlebotomist had me verify my name on the labels, drew three vials of blood, and had me check my name and doctor again on the vials at the end. Even though we were moved in and out quickly, I didn't feel rushed. It was a great experience.

They are the WORST the "women" working in there have the nastiest of attitudes. I definitely can see why people bad mouth the Healthcare industry in Hemet, CA. Especially when it come to the way they treat Black Americans. The WORST!

As most are saying rudest people I have come across in a minute but did not want to help a visually impaired person on the kiosk I was told that I did it improperly hello I pushed three fingers across the screen isn't that what the TV told me to do then waited three and a half hours to have a question answered but never got the question answered because I was never called I have to make an appointment to find out if they perform the test that I was in there two weeks ago to have done but for some reason I guess the phlebotomist didn't think I needed those tests done that the doctor ordered I don't know all I know is very rude when I was asking a question I was put off and told that they've already answered my question when no one ever answered my question otherwise I would have known whether or not the tests were done or not but I would think about going anywhere else but here and I don't know who the names of the people are all I know is the crew that was on today Tuesday October 10th was awful there was one lady that was nice other than that awful

This place deserves -5 stars.The staff are the most incompetent chimpanzees in North America. They have the worst work ethic in Hemet.Rescheduled twice and they messed up both appointments. They say that it's quest who is servicing you but they are the ones who schedule you but don't tell you that until you're there waiting and run late for the other place where you are supposed to be at. These people are as useful as DIARRHEA !!!!!!
