NICE NEW STAFF! I remember when this place was ran by not-so-friendly "Karens", therefore I was happy to walk-in and be greeted by friendly new employees! The girls working the desk were very helpful and packaged my Mom's items quickly. Also, the staff never made us wait unnecessarily.
The store is pretty neat and orderly. Boxes are clearly displayed in the back and there's quite a few gifts, cards, and items for those interested in shipping cool little memorabilia. I also found plenty of office items and possible decorations.
PostalAnnex+ also has a small P.O. Box section, it's smaller than a UPS P.O Box station but it's still helpful and convenient.
My only gripe for this place is that shipping a few small art items like crayons and a small toy (all in a super small box) cost over $30. It's kind of insane how much shipping costs now. Our box wasn't heavy lol. Oh well, the service requested was provided and I guess we had to bite the bullet on this one...

Big rip off. They wanted to charge double for a parcel claiming the rates are given by Fed Ex. I actually drove to a Fed Ex store a mile away and saved $80. Beware of this place.

They rip you off. A foot of tape for my package cost a dollar. I emailed my label to be printed and it cost two dollars. I've been to other locations where it cost one dollar to print and they tape for free. I ship a lot so this adds up. Not comimg back to this location again.

I been going to postal annex for years now I have a PO box and I want to say I love the staff grace and her mom Kim are sweethearts always so helpful if you want good service I'll recommend coming here

The Mexican lady who did my live scan was great. The old white lady was trying to get rid of me as soon as I walked in. Idk if she doesn’t like black ppl or men but I’d take my money else where if you value customer service

Where to start?. First let me start by saying, the MOTHER & DAUGHTER TEAM that work there are the BEST. The new owners struck gold having them. Now let's get on NEW OWNER(S). CHARGES for EVERYTHING again EVERYTHING!!! ? Example. I sent them 2 emails to print out 3 copies, who knows when that employee rang me up she added the 2 emails I sent to them ????. My friend at their request said they will add more tape to her box being sent out. The male employee (owner) rang up the 4 added tape strips. ?
