They scammed my girlfriend I should've went. Because I work graveyard she went. I had bought a complete set of tires less than 40 days ago and one of them started leaking. "They tested the tire and determined it was leaking from the valve stem" I didn't purchase the hazard protection however, I didn't run anything over and they didn't honor the manufacturers 50,000 mile waranty. I've only had these tires for a month. On top of that if it truly was a valve stem leak, why didn't they just fix that instead of charging her 108.45$ for a new tire and install? They bent me over for 100 bucks.The worst part, is they're the ones who put the leaky valve stem on when I purchased my new tires from them to begin with, and I'm coming out of pocket for their mistake. If what they eventold my girlfriend is true at least.

Customer service is always good. Just went here since the change. They have to becareful with the rims when putting the tires on. They nicked the edge of my rim. RIMS ARE EXPENSIVE. JUST LIKE THE TIRES .PLEASE DO BETTER.January 26, 2024..Since this has happened even though they said call them and talk with the manager. I tried twice and left messages. They took pictures of my rims too. Never received a call back from any manager. I will never return to any Pepboys or their affiliates. I will stick with places like American Tires or something. Actual tire places.

Tech did an outstanding job repairing a difficult tire flat! Well done!!I visited again 01/04/24 and once again service was outstanding!!! From the gentleman that got me right in for a 4 wheel alignment. The Tech completed the job promptly and expertly. Well done you folks, Thanks again!

Was solicited via email with 30% discount for oil change from corporate. After completing work, company did not honor email discount, reasoning my phone was the issue. I was a lifelong loyal customer, until today. The service was good and work was outstanding, however, the manager was rude and unprofessional. He ignored my concerns.

Had a really good time here at the Pep Boys.Came in for an alignment check after getting new tires and was informed the camber was needing adjustment. I had previously purchased their lifetime alignment package (~$169, really good deal) for my car so I was "set-to-go" on getting the service done.The alignment check took maybe an hour 20, and the actual adjustment the same. So, waited close to 3 hours, and to be fair, it was busy. There isn't much in the waiting area to read or do, so if all you got planned is your phone or something, make sure it is charged.I can't help but feel a little anxiety though; I didn't receive the adjustment results in the final paperwork. Wish I had checked before leaving.** day after, found a schrader valve core in my front right tire. Not very nice Pep Boys. :(

If you want poor attentiveness and poor communication and your window bashed in on company property choose Pep Boys, Hemet location. Didn’t even call me to let me know my vehicle was gonna be left outside. I had to come and check on my own vehicle on my own time during store hours before anyone even gave me the courtesy call to let me know my vehicle was damaged. Otherwise I would have towed it home. Manager did not even call the cops immediately to file a police report upon witnessing vehicle was damaged, elected to help other customers with customer service instead of me, a customer who had paid for services already.

My daughter had to replace her starter. It’s my understanding that they just had management change and we were pleased with the customer service. The Manager (Matt) and Rheanna were professional and kind.They gave us a time that our car would be complete and they were spot on!Thank you and the service men that replaced the starter!

I’m very disappointed with Pep boys my car has been here so many times and what really pissed me off my car got broken into I trusted them that they will take care of my car yes they made a police report but cameras aren’t working how does this supposed to make me feel any better that comes out of my pocket the window plus getting the job done on my car. Pep boys companies need to do a better job of taking care of their customers this area is one of the worst areas to even leave my car out because of druggies/ homeless people roaming around they are the reason my car window got smashed with a rock.

forgot my winshield wipers i paid for and the rear winshield wiper ! i asked for them all the way around ! had to come back and have them put on ! was told my battery was low and they wanted me to buy another one paying another 249 on top of what i was paying my car is a smart car and if battery was low it shows up on the dash it pissed me off all the way around ! should have went to valvoline ! would have done sooner and not asked to pay for things i dont need !
