Horrible!! After being with Liberty Tax for almost 5 years I took my business elsewhere. I ended up going to Parra Accounting &Tax Services in Oceanside, which cost me much less, way less.For starters, I leave my documents with Larry at Liberty Tax Oceanside office to start the process, and he tells me he would get in contact with me once he finishes. I said okay. I go home. A couple days go by, and I send him an email; no response. I said okay must be busy. I understand. It's tax season; I'm not the only client. So I go to their office in Oceanside to follow up. It took almost an hour to find my documents, and Larry was called in to help out. When they found my tax documents, I ask for them back because these unorganized bunch misfits misplaced them! I was furious!! Misplacing my documents like that, and then leaving it with Larry who didn't even start working on my taxes.So why should I bother doing business with these guys. If Sabrina was there this nonsense wouldn't have happened!! The associate says that Sabrina won't be coming in...that she works at another office. I said the heck with this, I'm leaving. Got my documents and I took off.That's how I ended up at Parra whose office is also in Oceanside by Soapy's Car Wash.Liberty charged me over $400 to do my taxes last year. Parra charged me much less. By the time the 16th of February rolled around I already had my return back from Federal.
