The clerk that had to unlock a can of butane for my soldering iron was less than pleased, it was near closing time but that is no excuse for employees to be rude and act like you are making the do something not in their job description...other than that Home Depot is my favorite store for all my DYI

This is a hardware store do not use any services from the homedepot like AC, flooring, windows, etc they are only focused on selling once you sign the customer care is minimum at best always redirecting you to subcontractors who I assume are not payed well since the store takes a big chunk of the fees they are slow not careful with details and unresponsive.

Everyone was friendly! Helpful! It wasn't very busy, but we did visit on New Year day... Still, it was a good visit. The only negative was that during checkout the credit card machine was erroring out. Lucky we had enough cash, because they offered no solutions to, "the machine always has issues." Always?? Does the management not care that their form of accepting payment is failing?Otherwise, a flawless experience.

So Raymond, in Doors, was very helpful in the beginning of me and my wife’s Security Doors journey. He helped us get exactly what we were looking for and we were pleased…..until it came time for Raymond to follow up with us. I called Raymond twice about the status of our doors (ordered early September)….its now late December. Anyway, come to find out, our doors have been there over a month with no call or email from Raymond about our doors. Ridiculous that we had to wait over 4 months to get security doors installed. Because of this, Raymond has taken from Home Depot a loyal customer. I will be turning in my HD credit card and finding a more competent company.
