If I was able to pick zero I would. I went to Famous Footwear on September 24 2023, I purchased two pairs of Crocs. One pair was to be delivered to my house. Which wasn't an issue, I had shoes delivered from them before. Well it is now the middle of January and still nothing. I was informed that they did not in fact have my delivery,that I was going to be refunded my money. Still nothing and believe me I am on the phone constantly with the corporate office, and I just keep being blown off. Why do some places of business choose to do this to customers. That was the only place I would buy my shoes, now I would not spend another penny there. So please be aware and keep ur receipts always.

Went in just for 3 gift cards for Xmas. The clerk was so rude was she first wanted to give me the entire amount in one card. I said no, I need 3. Next, she was going to put the $10 extra offer in 3 different ones, which she had pulled, then suddenly put in it all in one card $30. She blamed me that that's the way I wanted, which was not true, nor did I ask her to do that. She said I did, n I argued with her n asked for a manager. Which was no help at all. People who work there are so incompetent. Will not go there again.

Lady working Friday June 16th in the morning very intrusive would not let me shop in peace ... was looking for a wide fit shoe ...she was everywhere I was...I had to tie my shoes back on basically needed to move my head so she wouldn't hit me walking by like there was no other place she could walk ..I don't know if she was afraid I was going to steal or what I asked her about a certain size she just told me whatever's out here??? I gave two stars just because they had the wide Nikes I needed

They did not have what we were looking for today BUT received amazing helpful service, as we do every time we shop at this location. Your amazing employees keep us returning for most of our foot wear needs.
