30 minute to pick up medication. Just to pick it up. Unorganized and ill educated staff.

Customer service has and continues to be helpful. The pharmacy hasn't had to many on going complaints. ( nothing has been taken to the "bank") I would recommend, for a business chain like CVS Pharmacy, not to come off so aggressive towards the callers.. The problem is rooted with an agitated customer due to having been on hold for 5 plus minutes or being hung up on. So customers are upset and the next live person they get will hear about it. This tends to a defensive approach from the person on the other line (pharmacy) CVS needs to monitor their incoming pharmacy calls better, and speak to NOT talk at customers.

This guy named Eddie was throwing a dripping bag of garbage, stops and goes to the register without removing his gloves so I adked if he could please remove his gloves. He did but did not sanitize his hands. The most basic CDC guideline aside from masking (at least he was wearing one) and was too lazy or ignorant to comply. 01/24/2021 @ 18:20

I went in there today to buy a mask and a few things. The new employee or manager (bald) yelled at me and told me I couldn’t come in with a mask rudely!! I think he might have some sort of authority issue. He feels small Because he is only a cvs employee. Insecurities are hard to get over. Feel better

I went in this morning, mind you I'm BLACK! I was looking in the medicine aisle and right from jumó a giant bald headed man approached and asked if I needed help and of course that's okay. I said yes and he helped but then right after leaving the aisle the Hispanic lady I passed by at the counter was standing at the end of the aisle watching me as if I was going to steal something! I saw her looking like girl what did I do to make you think I was gonna steal, and second what am I gonna put in this tiny a** purse?! Then the bald guy kept asking if I needed help every aisle I went to. They are very lucky I didn't catch their names because I would have reported that s*** to corporate. It's not fair to assume that BLACK PEOPLE that come into the store is there to steal! Y'all need to check some of your workers. I'll never be back thanks for watching me for a whole 15 minutes trying to find the right Medicine you racist asses!

Worst service I’ve ever seen in a pharmacy. Most unhelpful techs I’ve ever seen.

1200 Americans will die today from COVID and despite this you change your mask policy. You do not need a law to reduce infections hospitalizations and deaths just the will to do so. I will not be back to CVS until the mask requirement returns as I cannot put my family at risk. Masks save lives and your capitulation on this puts your customers at risk.

I was just here at the pharmacy and they literally had me waiting for 20-25 minutes just to tell me that my prescription was not going to go thru, a total waste of time and honestly how stupid can they be both techs were literally scrambling because they couldn't give me an answer as to why they had me waiting for nothing, in my opinion this is the worst customer service I've as in any CVS store to this date. Pharmacy tech name Anna. Honestly this is the closest CVS in my area but I would rather drive for miles than to deal with this crap one more time.

I was in a Hemet store #3033 and was approached by Tony a store director and was told there were no pets allowed in the store! I politely responded he is a service animal his comment to me was he is not allowed in the store that it did not matter if he was a service animal or an support animal no animals in the store !! I told him he was not allowed to remove a service animal and provided my animals registration. He rudely told me thanks as he walked away! I hope this is not your store policies for our service animals and if it is please post on your store fronts NO SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED!!!

My doctors office faxed prescriptions for me and my husband yesterday afternoon. My husband's medicine was ready early today but mine were not and in fact they checked their fax and told me mine didn't exist! I called my doctor and they did fax it over and said they would fax it again. So I called CVS and was told that both faxes were there in the fax machine. Pharmacy said because they were for pain they would need to call my doctor to confirm the prescription. Ok so why didn't they review what was faxed. I waited in line long enough to listen to others experience with waiting in line every time they picked up a prescription. The line is beside the racks of birth control, Kotex, etc. only one person was at the register and 15 people in line. To the manager: please hire enough staff to meet the needs of your customers!
