I had a leak fixed here, or supposedly. He said he felt great about the repair. It rained the later that day and the next morning there was water all down the wall in the rv. I asked for a partial refund and was laughed at. BAD service. Don't trust these guys. My friend fixed the leak easily after.

Scheduled repair to our air conditioner 6 days in advance. 1st item was to replace the cover on the roof top air system with a white cover. Tech shows up with a black cover and later told us that the correct one would have to be ordered. Expect delivery in 2 or 3 days. We were scheduled to leave before delivery could be made. We were charged $265 for the service call and nothing was done.

I have had three different mobile RV repair shops come to my house in an attempt to repair my TT furnace. All three had different opinions with none of them being correct. I've spent more money than I care to admit (based on what they said). I was finally able to connect with Canyon RV , who came to my house. The owner of the company Joe arrived and looked at it. He replaced the main circuit board, which I had bought based on the recommendation of another company. Of course that wasn't the problem. Joe told me he would have his best furnace guy come out the next day. Joe did not charge me for his visit. The following day Frank arrived and after explaining to him the previous problems I had had, he said don't worry I promise I'll get it working. After determining what he needed, he had to go back to the office, 1/2 hr drive each way and got the necessary parts. After returning Frank had it up and running in less that an hour. After expecting a large bill, I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. I cannot say enough great things about Joe, Frank and Canyon RV for their honestly and excellent customer service. Even the young lady who took my order was so nice. If anyone is looking for an honest and reasonably priced mobile RV repair company I highly recommend Canyon RV, I don't think you'll be sorry. Bill

Update for Canyon RV.Well since 1st review, it's been hell talking to this place especially the mean grouchy owner. A week after they installed the new toilet, same thing happened with the rubber ring not holding water in the toilet. Also they had taken the our old toilet but didn't leave us our soft close lid. I called right away & was told someone would drop it off when in the area. A week goes by, then 2 weeks. I called & they said someone would bring it. I told them about the rubber ring not working & the owner (joe), says in a loud voice, " what are you doing, shoving the brush down the neck"?He tells me he has to order the ring. 1 week goes by, then 2 weeks.Again I call them & they say someone will be out between 9 am- 12 noon. 2 pm comes & again call them & they say, he'll be here anytime. Some kid shows up with my soft close lid & goes to leave. I said "wait a minute. Aren't you going to fix ring. He tells me he just came to drop off lid. Now I'm starting to get pissed. Call them again & they said tomorrow. Albert came to fix ring, and I told Albert they forgot the backing cover to my lid. He said he would give to office. Another week goes by, then 2 weeks & now I'm having hubby call & deal with mean Joe. Joe had yelled at my hubby, hung up on him & just plain rude. It's been 2 months & still no cover. If you do call this place, if anyone says, I'll call you right back, tell them no. They never call back.Last week, I finally had it & left a text pissed off telling them to mail my F'ing cover. They are in Hemet, me Perris & a week has gone by & still no cover. They sure are rude there once they get your money. I'm about ready to fling a toilet through their window. Just send the cover so I can be done with this sucky place. I would not recommend them period. No customer service at canyon RV & mean grouchy owner is a jerk.

small family operation, took me in on short notice as opposed to the "BIG RV "shops that had a 2 month waiting list, fixed my problems quickly, covered insurance issues without any problems, will continue to use this great place for all my service needs, they were able to source some out of production parts with a short wait time for delivery. The "BIG" boys said they would not spend the time on this

I was told to bring our camper in and waited over ten minutes in the middle of the street while Luis had his break. My wife didn't like his unprofessionalism so I left.

The new owners here are amazing. Did a fairly fast turnaround on a repair that was soon poorly by another big name shop in town. Glad to have found them.

STAY AWAY! We had our rig in for months to have one defective part replaced. One promised deadline after another came and went with no work being done. When it was finally returned to us we were charged much more than the original quote with no explanation of why the price changed. When we looked at our rig we realized many of the original parts were missing. Those that had been reinstalled were installed in wrong places so the rig could not be operated. The owner claimed that the original parts were never there so we paid for new parts out of our own pocket and reinstalled them in their proper locations. While doing the work we decided to inspect the defective part that we had paid to have replaced and - lo and behold, found that the original broken part was still there. It had never been replaced!It took several more months complaining to the owner who kept denying responsibility to get the work re-done and to go back and repair the shoddy work they did putting it back again.The business is beyond incompetent, it borders on criminal fraud.
