“Very busy all of the time and a great staff here. The Lowes is not as busy; as I can see the parking lot when I drive by. Staff is very helpful and the store us clean.”
“UPS delivered an air conditioner for home Depot & the stupid UPS driver just pushed it off the truck onto the ground & it even had signs on outside of box not to drop & to have 2 people handle it. Home Depot gave us back money for it, but it was UPS driver at fault, not Home Depot!!!!! I suggest using FedEx!!!!”

Today, I came home to my refrigerator making loud noises, it's summer and they're busy, but Jim talked us through what it could be and what to do.
And I refrigerator isn't mad anymore!!
