Drove out from Texas and needed new brakes before driving back. Went to two brakes shops for inspections and advice before going to Allen Tires. After talking with Ralph at the Hemet store on Florida Ave I felt confident that I was finally at the right place. Ralph put my mind at ease and explained everything to me, and explained it all again when I called him back with more questions.

I brought my truck in for 2 new tires and an alignment. On the drive home I immediately noticed my truck pulling to the left quite significantly. I called the shop and set up another appt for the following day. After waiting 2 1/2 hours the next day the issue was not resolved and my truck continues to drive worse than when I brought it in. Staff were friendly and helpful and tires were installed correctly but I will not be bringing my truck back in the future.

After a day at the car wash in which the machine messed my tire up and took off the stem. I came to Allens tire shop the customer service was awesome from desk to the guy who fixed my tire his name is Jhon thanks so much Allen Tire Company I highly recommend this company

I've been to Allen Tire Company three times now for oil changes on my two vehicles as well as my girlfriend's, and I've been treated respectfully and fairly. The staff, especially Jose, appear to be knowledgeable and honest. I've had trouble with the alignment on my truck for two years and they were able to finally solve the problem. I couldn't be happier.

I have always experienced excellent customer service at our Hemet location! A recent visit uncovered some necessary truck maintenance for my upcoming road trip. As Allen Tires is now part of the Munro Co, I am delighted that I can rely on their warranties across the country.
