I bought a 3-leches cake this morning in Lolas 2 in Santa Rosa, CA. It's the most nasty cake I ever taste. it's not a 3 leches at al, it's very dry and the bread is like a brick! I will never recommend thus store if you want a good cake never get it on Lola's. even FoodMax has better cakes.

Customer service is terrible. The lady in the kitchen that takes hit food orders is the rudest! I just spent $400 in their meat department, I asked if I could order lunch for my staff and she said NO! You need to order 2 days in advance. I said ok but if we all come in and order individually you will make our food? She said well yeah.... Doesn't make sense to me. The last time I was here I was ordering a burrito for lunch and she told me... well I have to leave now I'm supposed to be off.... Ummmm... okay go talk to your manager and get someone else to come take your place. I just wanted a burrito and it was only lunch time... like what??? I guess what bothered me the most is her attitude. And the manager must not say anything about it because she gets away with it all the time and we are paying customers.

Horrible service, employer literally ran away when he saw me standing at the counter but not before he ran to say hi to some girl that was shopping. I heard other staff saying, did the butchers really both go on break together again. You have been warned.

Stopped in because I saw the chickens grilling outside and had to have some! Not disappointed! So good! Bought amazing salsa and the most beautiful mandarins I’ve ever seen!!
