Roger and Caitlin are a wonderful team, beauty and The Brain! Took my all-electric Smart car to them and whereas four other shops could not figure out the issue, Roger got it ASAP. After exhausting a world search for the rare replacement parts, and I really mean the world, he invented a solution. In honor of my late Italian father, I gave him the Guidoed It award, which he proudly received. Without his skill, my wonderful toy car would have been Kaput! Thanks to both of you for solving this interesting issue! lol

Roger has now fixed the AC and a wonky power window in my 2020 Volvo S60 T6 Inscription. Both fixes would have likely cost me 2-3 x at Smothers. This is an excellent, fair mechanic run by good people. Highly recommended for European cars.

Fantastic outfit. Autobahn in Santa Rosa referred them to me as a courtesy since I live in Healdsburg. Roger was knowledgeable about the needs for my Audi A7 and Caitlin was a breeze to work with pertaining to scheduling and reminders. Highly recommend!

Had a clunk when decelerating from the E36 BMW rear end that was driving me crazy. I bought a hydraulic Jack system and tools to find and fix it with no luck. Frustrated and defeated I talked to several shops and they couldn't figure it out or wanted to. A neighbor referred me to Capricorn. Took it to Roger and he said he would look at it at 8am. At 11:30am he called me and said it was fixed! WHAT!?!? HOW!?!? Now I'm elated! He and his wife are very nice people. Honest and reliable. He found and fixed the problem that no other shop could even diagnose! The best part is that there was no up selling and his cost of repair was very reasonable and fair. I know because I recently sold my auto repair business I owned for 20 years. Thank you Roger! It is so nice to know that there is a local family ran auto repair business that is trustworthy and is really there to serve the community with excellence, fairly and humbly.

I had just traveled about two hours to get to Healdsburg, to meet my daughter. My oil light had come on two or three times during my trip, even though I had the oil changed about six "pandemic" months ago. Hmm... I thought I had better get my 14-year-old car checked. I drove over to Capricorn Automotive to see if they could help me out. They dropped everything, immediately checked the oil level, and found it was just a bit low. They kindly and complimentary added about 1.5 quarts. All was well once again. I am very appreciative of their help and generosity. Makes me want to move to Healdsburg! Thank you, Capricorn Automotive!
