I recently went it to choose a wedding band, and Grace was so kind and patient. She was also very vigilant with my wants/needs and heard me out when it came to pricing. Enough to say I walked out with a ring. Definitely recommend coming here and asking for Grace!!

watch what you signing on this place I had a bad experience with the people that work on this place. they will try hard to get your business but be very careful. They're very manipulative and once you sign their paper you can return them even if you just sign it the same day at the store and you changed your mind they will tell you can't return them. Trust me that's what they did to me.

Valliani Jewelers is top tier! Service is always good! I was able to find a matching wedding band for my husband and watch for myself. So many beautiful choices and high quality! All staff are very kind and very helpful too! Must got to Jewelers in the Bay Area! I highly recommend this place!

Did a walk in and didn't plan on buying. Me and my husband were just looking for a possible upgrade to my ring. After looking and then coming back talked with Will he was remarkable. Gave some lots of help with deciding ad gave us so pressure to buy. After walking around through mall we came back and Will gave us the best deal ever. Life time guarantees and 90 day cleaning.
