I ordered a washer and dryer from Best Buy and these guys delivered it and installed it.When I saw the flood of one star reviews recently, I was pretty nervous about how it would go.But the two guys who came were very pro, didn’t leave any mess, came on time, and worked very fast. There’s not much more you can ask for these days.

stupid , idiotic delivery service ever i have faced, Customer service named keti is the useless person , i have ever come across... she will read what she sees in the tracking.... If you are expecting customer service is useful by any mean , please for gods sake NO., dont SHIP with pilot Service.

Package was delivered damaged and broken. When scheduled for a return, they did not show up. It was rescheduled for the second time. Still did not show up. I was told the driver just quit and they had to reschedule his deliveries/pick up. Was rescheduled for a third time and still did not pick up. This company has zero communication. Still dealing with trying to return item.

Do not bother to use this company as your freight shipper your packages will be damage, as a trucker notice they are careful how they load and unload. Will regret coming here pick-up or deliver. Too long of a wait, afternoon shift will only somewhat work fast if you give them what they ask $$$.

I have not even received my shipment yet and I could not wait to write this review. The customer service with Pilot, Maersk and Cross Country has been a total nightmare for 5 days! None of them can get their crap together enough to communicate amoungst each other, much less with the consumer. I will forever remember these companies names and vow to never purchase something unless they can ensure that they will not be used. If I DO receive my shipment and DON'T turn them away at the door, I will still advise any future retailer to simply look up their review history.

I purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy and these guys were the delivery option purchased through Best Buy. When they arrived, they immediately commented on it being a second floor delivery, and there being no elevator. Clearly, they did not want to do the delivery. Once inside, they made up a story about how they didn't have the proper valve to install the water line for the refrigerator. Long story short, they said they could not do the delivery. They promised somebody from Best Buy would contact me to reschedule a crew that could do the waterline. That never happened. Canceled my order completely and went with a completely different company.

If it were only possible to give ZERO stars. You will receive no communication regarding expected delivery day. Driver calls out of the blue one day to announce they will be delivering in 10 minutes. I let them know no one is home and they offer to leave the bookcase on the front porch. Absolutely not. I tell them to wait until I can schedule an appt with the company. I call the company number and they offer a delivery time of 12-3 the next week. I call on Monday to see where they are since the delivery window is nearly over. Dispatcher cannot find the driver so the dispatcher proceeds to forget he had said he would call back. When contacted again, dispatcher says driver should call within 10 minutes. Nope. No word from driver. SUPER DISORGANIZED COMPANY. You get what you pay for - this discount service is a joke.

Scheduled a tv return for a tv i bought from walmart for 3pm. They come at 10am when im not home so i have to reschedule for the next week same time. They still dont come and they dont even answer the phone

Shipment arrived on time, my 14 foot paddle board was undamaged when I picked it up. The buzzer at the front wasn't working, so had to call the main number where I was directed to walk into the warehouse where I collected the board. It was packaged very well for transport which is most likely why it survived without incident.

One star is too many. Should be negative stars. Rude, insolent unprofessional drivers who refused to haul away our old machine OR INSTALL THE NEW MACHINE. Best Buy sucks. Worst store and customer service ever. Do NOT trust Best Buy under any circumstance.

Scheduling a delivery was not effective and did not work. A driver has unexpectedly causally texted me without a warning: “I am on my way, can you accept a delivery in 20 minutes “ while two hours prior to that I got an email saying “unable to deliver” and 24 hours before that a voicemail saying they needed to schedule a delivery. Calling them doesn’t work- I have been on hold for 1 hour twice. Scheduling tool on their website doesn’t work . Since then I got more casual texts from the driver ,as if a friend promised me a favor and still can’t get to it. Following week had to text the driver again, inquiring whether and when to expect them. This time the item was delivered. Received over a week late.

No responsibilityI bought a new refrigerator from lows. They have a contract with pilot freight service to bring my new refrigerator in the kitchen and install it. First they ask for extra money because the stairs, I accept to pay them $150 extra for 18 stairs then they said it doesn’t pass through the door because of screen, I removed out the screens but they didn’t attempt to bring it up. They put it in the garage and left ?

Worst delivery experience EVER! They did not show up on the scheduled delivery date, they showed up the following day. BUT, I was not home so their office called and we rescheduled for Tuesday of the following week. They show up on Monday and of course I’m not home (hence the reason I scheduled it for Tuesday). Do they call me or reach out in any way? Nope, dude leaves it in my driveway. It was supposed to be delivered into my house and I was required to sign for it. The box, which I cannot move because it’s too large/heavy, is also badly damaged. No way the item isn’t damaged. I paid way too much money for this to be damaged and left out in my driveway! Seriously worst delivery EVER!!!!

Disappointing is an understatement. I loathe this company after our experience with ordering an appliance through Lowes. They first showed up almost an hour earlier then what was told to us, then lied on the “I missed you” card at the door by putting the wrong time on it. We made calls and calls between pilot and lowes to reschedule, spent hours waiting on hold and getting redirected to get nothing done. Lowes sent us an email the next day out of the blue saying it was going to be there the next day with a given time slot of four hours. Sure enough Pilot never showed up but claimed they did…no calls or recording from Ring of them during the time they said they showed up, so we’re assuming they either lied or never bothered to get out of the truck. Two failed attempts to deliver something and a garbage call system to get any answers…oh, and how wonderful is it that they also close their phones randomly through the day for a “shift change” to protect themselves from covid. Bravo pilot, you’re terrible.
