Imma be real back then we was top 3 fastest fedex because we usto make 30 thousand packages in the span of 2 hours now the warehouse has gone down hill some managers don't know how to run a warehouse others are lazy and they make the new employees into trainers without experience I've worked there for 4 years I got knocked out by a box ran over by cars twice got a head concussion and many more injuries over the years and never moved up because they don't want me to move up but if I ran the warehouse van lines would be crying. They gotta fire the lazies managers if they want to hit top 3 like we usto and if I was a maneger I would make that happen not like these lazy managers.i went non stop on the warehouse because we usto run it not stopping the van lines

If I could I would give them ZERO stars.I waited all day for my package because it required a signature. Delivery time was between 1030 to 2:30. The package never arrived. I called customer service and was told the driver attempted delivery but no one was home. That never happened, the driver was not true-full. I was told the package would arrive by the end of day. Again I waited and the package never arrived.So frustrating to have to deal with a company that provides absolutely no customer service!My time is very valuable to me and I don’t appreciate how FedEx has such a lack of respect for it’s customers.

I've been working in the trading/shipping industry over the past 10 years however I have never experienced this low level of customer service in the past.The package has been kept delayed and so I called the customer service. They said the package is ready to pick up at the facility and gave me the address. So I drove there. In the waiting room, there is a phone to call to the agent to pick up the package and a woman told me that I can't pick it up until unloading starts which is like hours away. I said then why you guys told me to show up already and she said she'll talk to the manager and will call back.I waited for 14 minutes but she never called back so I called again and told the same story to another woman. She said the same thing but she also never called back. I talked to 3 women customer service but no update call has been made by these 3 women. They don't care/value customers'time as well as they can't imagine how much anger this heartless customer service can create. 45 minutes have passed already since I arrived here.Finally a truck driver showed up and told me that my package is not here and he had no idea about why.I dumbfounded and lost my word.I explained showing him the tracking numbers history and how I have been explained and treated. He suddenly changed his word that the package is in the trailer yard and he can go pick it up in 20 minutes.I'm posting this because 35 minutes have passed since he left to pick it up.The attached pictures are inside of the waiting room where they don't care about having customers on hold for more than 14 minutes x 3 times in a row.And I called back again after 40 minutes and the woman told me it's impossible to get me package today. The worst part is they don't update and don't care even if I stay in the waiting room for god knows how long.

Heat pump unit CLEARLY marked "This Side Up" to avoid damage to the compressor in the unit was upside down in the truck, on the street, and in front of my porch. Driver refused to put it on porch. Left in in the middle of walkway, blocking access to my porch.

This place went down hill fast!! A lot of a$$ kissing and playing favorites. Why I get only two hours per day when I see lots and lots of work still to be done. And Austin is an a$$ he comes over like a nice guy but is not..he plays favorites. Stay away from FedEx ground in Hayward

zero stars to this hub - they stole my package worth $600 and sent me on a wild goose chase for 1 week.Package was out for delivery for 10 days only to be never found again.Never choose this location-they are a bunch of thieves here. Hope the operations manager here gets fired asap.

If I ever have to use them again, I won't. They deliver to our site every single day. But somehow they couldn't figure out how to locate my space to get my packages.

I visited their website about e-commerce and had a good reputation about how the process goes thru internationally and domestically. Also, I value their feedback from customers and how they run the business thru shipping and receiving packages.

On a beautiful sunny day my package suddenly went from “out for delivery”to “weather delay” with no delivery date. WEATHER DELAY. If you’re going to lie at least try and make it believableOK I’m editing because even though the driver was clearly full of BS, I called customer service and everyone who helped me was great and I ended up going to the warehouse to pick up my package. Thank you to the ladies who helped me out. I got it in time for a trip out of the country like I wanted.
