One of the worst dollar trees I've ever been to.the home less living in the parking lot literally get everything free there .they steal then have the nerve to aggressively pan handle customers coming inside .This needs corporates attention the parking lot is a health hazard smelling of urine and feces

This dollar tree location could use nicer staff. There is another dollar tree location nearby which is a little better.

Last minute stop at Hayward. Very dirty. Parking lot has trash everywhere. Homeless in parking lot. Sales from cars in the parking lot.Friendly checker. Normal items in the store as others.

From the moment you pull into the driveway you'll notice that this place is disgusting! The parking lot is used for both camping and as a dumping ground covered with piles of trash. When walking into the store my child almost stepped in feces which could be from a dog or human. There's a trash can in front of the door that is always overflowing with trash. Remove the trash can if it's not going to be emptied daily. If you make it past the trash and feces, you'll make it into a store that is as messy as the outside. The floors are disgusting and are probably never cleaned. There's never more than one person at the registers so the lines are always long. Save yourself from this disgusting place.

You always get something or the other from this store which is useful to you. Good collection of kids party items, stationery items and kitchen accessories. Would recommend a visit.

My Mom was visiting and we went to this store and I was so ashamed and disgusted. There is trash dumped in the parking stalls and that same trash was there at Christmas time. The inside needs attention too. Everything is all over the place. The people working there are nice. But it needs to be managed. Where is the owner?? How depressing. I have a feeling the owner is pinching every penny and not allowing time for the employees to stay after closing to clean up. Both inside and out. Whatever it is I wish someone would take the initiative and get it cleaned up. Because it is the closest one to my house. ?

This Dollar Tree store is always dirty in the interior and exterior of the store. The Health Department and Hayward Code and Enforcement has to come out and enforce them to clean up their filthy store. Unhoused living on the property makes it more unsanitary!! Corporate are you not aware of your unclean conditions of your stores or do you care about the money you make in our communities only?
