iPhone screen was cracked. Went in for repairs because it was a cheaper price than the Apple Store. Got my phone back, worked for 1 day & ended up crashing over & over again. Went back to Mobile Mart, they did not know what was wrong with it. Took to Apple Store, they said my motherboard was damaged in process of screen replacement. Went back to Mobile Mart, they would not warranty their work, nor would they admit fault. Said it worked when I left, so they are not at fault. Only offered to purchase a used iPhone at 10% discount

Omg I’m coming back to this place . This man fix my phone under 20mins! She has great customer service and a kind heart ❤️ I thank him soo much because I been calling around and nobody couldn’t fix my phone problem…it had a glitch on my screen. He got the job done under 20 mins ! I will always come back to this place for a phone repair ❤️

Update: I decided to replace my screen myself and I learned that all of the internal screws are the wrong types of screws, and he stripped all the screw heads. Not only did I need to buy a replacement screen, I now need to buy replacement screws as well. I also noticed the sensor at the top of the screen was loose, which I assume is the reason for my screen randomly blacking out. Hopefully I can tighten it with the correct screws and avoid that issue...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I took my iPhone XS here to get my screen replaced. A few days later I went to pick up the phone and he refused to give me a receipt. Red flag #1.About a week later, my phone screen became unresponsive and would randomly freeze. I decided to give the dude another chance and he replaced my screen again, at no cost. The issue continued. It’s been a little over a year and my phone has still had this issue, and the screen itself has been falling off the phone for about 6 months now. I’m considering reporting him to the Better Business Bureau again after rescinding my initial report.

This guy mislead me into thinking he was recovering my photos on my iphone6, when in fact all he was doing was wiping the memory clean. I told him we had photos that were not backed up and needed to retrieve them from the phone and he said he could fix it. All he did was wipe them out. Photos of our newborn wiped out. When I complained to him he said I only asked him to "fix" the phone but not retrieve the photos and that I was just wasting his time. Totally dishonest and would not trust nor recommend

I brought my son's iPhone here for a screen fix, I tested it the night before by charging it to make sure it would still work. After changing the screen there, it would no longer charge. I brought it back & he tried to ask me for $65 more to fix that problem. He scams people and doesn't even do a good job fixing things. I would never go to him if I had known he would try to scam me.

Is there a new policy that states, if you drop your phone off to get unlocked but they can’t can they give it away or keep it? That’s what I am guessing is what happened here. I dropped my nieces phone off to be unlocked, then after a few months I went back to pick up and they said that they have no phone under my name or number. Would not recommend these crooks.

Quick professional service. My phone had something wedged in the charging port he got the stuff (something sticky) out in seconds and he charged me NOTHING!
