This is a fantastic hardware store. Anything under the sun. I love stores like this. Friendly knowledgeable staff to help find what you need. I could not find a specific size o-ring in 10 other shops, but found it in this shop.

Staff didn’t speak to me when I came in. They also don’t allow you to use a business card without an ID fyi. So if your boss sends you with a company card they won’t let you use it, unlike every other business allows. Especially with a PIN. Won’t be back.

The staff isn't that helpful except the Hispanic man who has worked there for decades. I don't know his name, but he will take you to exactly what you're looking for. All the other employees seemed to be bothered by shoppers being there. Love the convenience of it being close to home.

The reasoning that I am giving Hawthorne true hardware store. We've been having a lot of bad weather, rain and wind well a few weeks ago when the wind was blowing so bad it blew a mess of my screen door so I decide I will try to fix it myself took my cell phone and took a few pictures and went to the hardware store in a gentleman by the name of Michiel help me the very nice man he's been in that store in Harthorne community for many years he told me what to do gave me what I needed and send me on my way. I repaired the screen better when the first two gentlemen called them self putting it up from the beginning wow! I was so proud of myself. Thank you, Mr. Miguel, you did a great job, and as well great customer service you are the best.
