I am a Ross-A-Holic!! I love Ross not necessarily for the lower prices, but because Ross distinguishes themselves from the competition that often caters to a large broad-based clientele. Ross provides the things that you can’t find anymore as opposed to just the latest fashions which they also carry …..one particular example is I’m a cowboy boot wearing gal!!! Not only do they carry mid range priced cowboy boots at a lower price, more importantly they carry the most fabulous boot cut pants. The competition carries the latest styles and limits the things that some of us crave in fashion but can’t find…. I focus on my own style…but I won’t stop there. Ross has a phenomenal selection of houseware, comforters,cookware, beachwear, boots and shoes, tableware, men’s clothing, children’s clothing, toys, jewelry, sunglasses, and I’m gonna stop because I can go on and on all night. It’s a true bang for your buck. There is cautionary tale however …. Ross is not necessarily the most organized and for a person that seeks. a store format that is neat and organized, you may struggle with their often untraditional displays and store format! I think it’s worth the trouble to go through things and find what you really like. Based on what you had in your mind at a good price and value, then to just walk in and pick from a smaller selection that’s more conservative, but that’s just me.

Think about customers you want to save

I don’t even know where to start when it because DD’s, Ross, and Marshals lines are always super long. There never have enough cashiers and not to mentioned how security is tight at the entrance door. Lol! Either way, nice shoes can definitely be found at Ross.

For the last 6 months or more, the store has had a practice of making customers wait at the door before entering— even when there is hardly anyone inside. They literally let one person enter at a time. Initially I thought it may have been due to it being the holiday season, but here we are 6 months later and the practice is still the same regardless of the day of the week or time of day. It instantly makes you feel so unwelcome. The regurgitated line you hear from the security person is that it is for “safety”. Well I don’t know whose idea this was, but even if I could understand the concern about safety, this practice would make me feel anything but safe. Hire more security if that’s the case.
The only positive going for the store is that it is clean, but that’s because the shelves are hardly stocked. Despite rarely ever finding a single item of interest, I’ve come here multiple times over the past few months due to its close proximity to Target, but I won’t be back again. If you want the community’s money, at least pretend that you want them there.

The worst!! the store is filled with undercovers can't shop in peace they are on your back. And before you walk in they make you stand in front of a camera and TV to record you in case you do something illegal they have you whole discription

This store treats its customers like criminals! They had the audacity to have a line before entering. Our community is being treated unfairly. I guarantee you they do not do this i. other communities. If they are having such a problem with theft, obviously the security is not doing their jobs. This is so ghetto and I most definitely want spend my hard earned money here. I hope other customers do the same. We should be treated with dignity, I went right across the street to Target where I can walk straight in and spend my money!!!

This Ross is the worse one to go to. The customer service is so BAD!!!!!!!! The cashier that helped us was so rude and didn’t know how to do anything.I asked her about the (Mastercard) that they we’re promoting and she told me I DONT KNOW…. Her name is LUZ!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will also be calling corporate on her tomorrow morning. How do people like this get a job……SAD and SICKENING

It’s good but they just need more staff… not to be mean or anything..BUT AND THEN THEY GOT A MASTER CARD AND I IT WORKED IT SAID THAT I WAS IN AND THEN NOBODY KNOW HOW TO WORK IT…WORSE STORE EVER!!!!!!
