I went to Home Depot on Wednesday and it was one of the best experience I've had in any retail store Hannah and Jennifer were the best, they help me with everything I needed. They help me find the vacuum I needed they were very patient and they knew what they were doing. Big shout out to them. I will definitely come back.

Daisy, who helped me at self-checkout right before closing, is an absolute GEM! She seriously went above & beyond to help me out despite the last rush of customers all checking out at once that she had to juggle (which she managed seamlessly, was able to help every single one of us without breaking a sweat). I can't thank her enough for going to the lengths she did to make sure I had everything I needed, she's the epitome of what 1st class customer service looks like. While I've always preferred this HD location to others in the area, Daisy has truly made this spot my go-to. Whoever is training the employees here is seriously doing something right, that or they've just been blessed to attract some fantastic staff--I've always been helped when needed, treated exceptionally well & have left with either exactly what I was looking for or the best possible alternative. If you've had bad experiences at other Home Depot's (like myself), then I suggest giving this one a shot...I've certainly never been let down.

I've been waiting 10+ minutes for support in unlocking a power drill so I can buy it. I talked to 4 different sales reps and not one had the ability to unlock it. I get that there may be more theft in this area but this is total bullshit that regular customers can't purchase product without a major inconvenience. Next time I will purchase elsewhere.

I have been remodeling my home for the past year. As you can imagine, this means a lot of Home Depot runs. This Home Depot never has anything in stock and overall has issues. Their service is essentially nonexistent as well. The store is also generally messy. They should do better

The world is turning to AI and I can see why. This worker has been chilling in and out his car and sometimes just blocking parking spots by the carts. When you look towards him he acts like he is fixing up the carts. Then you go inside and every checkout is self check-out. Workers trying to look busy so you don't bother them. What's the point. It's pretty backwards.

Perhaps they are VERY low staff but everytime I asked for assistance. They always seem to go "look for someone" who can help me instead of themselves and never return. 3 rude employees said the same excuse "I can't help right now im going in lunch in a bit"...Had to wait 30-40min for someone to assist me and they still continue to "try to find someone" to assist me. Finally almost an hour wait long a young gentleman helped me out with a question with the blinds. Conversation only lasted less than 5 minutes that I only needed and was too much to ask for the other employees. Seriously need to be trained with customer service and their laziness.

Extremely disappointed with Home Depot customer service and the run around they have given me this past month on a cabinet purchase. It took me 6 reps before I got someone who listened and agreed the item was lost 10 days after it was to have arrived. When the reordered cabinet arrived at the Hawthorne Store, I called to have a rep lay eyes on the package and confirm it was undamaged, before having a friend drive 160 miles- 3 hours to come help me. The package wasn't in "good shape" - dented, patched with tape and through the large corner opening the cabinet leg was BROKEN! They refunded the price, but the HASSEL, TIME and expense of $90 to feed and reimburse gas money is mine! The fact I've been a customer for over 30 years, have spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot and they lied to me on multiple occasions for this purchase is appalling. They don't care, I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Great selection and a very helpful staff. Will be using them exclusively after Lowe's made it obvious that customer satisfaction is not a concern. Won't make that mistake again

Five stars for excellent customer service from Leo Hamilton at the Home Depot Oceangate, Hawthorne, CA. Although he was very busy and did not work in the department where I needed assistance, Leo walked me to the portable heater section. Thanks so much Leo for being nice. I am planning to purchase a new microwave and refrigerator, so I hope you are working on the day I make my purchase. I observed the manner in which you interacted with the other customers without losing your patience because I definitely would have, lol. Home Depot is lucky to have you. Seneca

7:30am on a weekday. Plenty of orange vests around, But no one to cut any lumber! No problem. Seers Lumber on El Segundo Blvd set me up just fine. The same piece of $50 plywood at Home Depot was $25 at Seers. Need a little can of paint mixed up? My boys at Home Depot were overwhelmed with just 3 of us queuing at the counter. Didn't notice me entering the line. Didn't notice me leaving. No problem, I says. Ace Hardware on Crenshaw Blvd set me up just fine.

Don't order a bbq here that is not in store, especially a Z Grill 1000 mode! 2 months ago I was having people over for my birthday, I thought a new bbq was a nice treat for myself. Turns out that Home Depot has nothing to do with Home Depot.com, which they ordered the Z Grill off of, because it was not in store. After a month (after my party), the bbq never showed up to my house. I went into the Hawthorne location, and Carla in customer service told me that the unit was lost, and nobody knew where it was!? I thought it strange, but stuff happens. I was told that I should re-order, and have it delivered to the store this time. Fair enough, and Carla gave me a discount (120 on the over 700 bucks I had originally spent). Another month goes by, and the same thing happens. This is where things get strange. Carla says "nobody from Home Depot can help me, because it's a Home Depot.com order. Home Depot Dot Com tells me that they cannot get ahold of their vendor Z Grill. Nobody has ANY liability at all. I'm told that nobody can give me an answer AND there is NOBODY to ask. Then I start to show my frustration (I've been super patient for 2 months now), and Carla and the Home Depot Dot Com woman get rude to me, and can only offer my money back. No other option than to just give up, with Zero Answers! So disappointed in customer service here. I guess it's my fault??? Be very careful ordering things here that are not in store. I do give one star because Carla gave me the 14 dollar toilet seat that I was in the store to buy... Ugh.
