I have had four BMWs. Three were purchased new and the day the warranties ran out were also the days I moved the cars here. I have never met anyone more straightforward, trustworthy, and honesty in taking care of our cars including one Mercedes. Tony seems to be more of a word-of-mouth business. One of my colleagues recommended his business partner years ago. All I can say is the customers I know or have met are fiercely loyal and protective of them. Because finding a resource that is so honest and engaged is rare.

First of all I want to thank Tony for taking necessary precaution when a strange noise erupted in my BMW 330CI. He recommended that I tow it in and his knowledge avoided a major transmission problem. I had a sheared flex plate and Tony managed the repair effectively and in a very timely manner. Tony closed the shop for Christmas and let me know my repair was in process. He surprised me when he and Jorge came in between Christmas and New Years to complete the repair and true to form, his high quality work came in at a very fair price. He and his team are amazing and I highly recommend Europa for all your Mercedes/BMW car repairs.

Brought my CLS 550 along with my G63 AMG aka GBody for maintenance and repair. Spoke with Tony great guy and very humble and Jorge one of the best Mercedes mechanics I know very knowledgeable specially in the CLS models basically knows it in and out. Great prices compared to the dealer and I dealt with zero BS Tony is very straight forward what is needed and recommended without trying to rape you like the dealers and other shops will. If you drive a BMW Mercedes Audi it comes with a responsibility of getting the best service and these guys will do it. Thanks you guys Cuba Libre!!!!
