I really avoid coming here because of the customer service. While checking out, an employee asked us to move to the side so another customer could start bringing their things to the checkout counter. While my mom was finishing up paying, she had already started helping the other customers. This has happened multiple times. We won’t be returning.

Hey DDs! Thanks for calling a towing company and getting my car towed for $400!!! Private Property but yet you got a whole skid row of people living out their car in YOUR parking lot. And they’re STILL HERE. So Thank you for being so ethical in these kind of scenarios, because from now on I will be a consistent “ethical” customer at this location. This was pure malicious behavior from this establishment. So Expect It.

Horrible parking. My car was towed from this location even tho i shop here all the time they couldn’t care less when i contacted them. I parked there at 9:35 and yes i went to the gym and i was two spaces to the left where they claim is “DD parking” but there is no division to let people know what parking belongs to what area. Horrible experience. They told me i would have to contact the area management and i asked for their information and i was ignored.

HORRIBLE PARKING. they will tow you as soon as they close if you are in the lot that is shared by Planet fitness. FIX YOUR PARKING LOT OR MAKE DIVIDERS OR TOW SIGNS CLEAR.

Product selection can be good but store/corporate policy of calling the next customer over before I’ve even finished entering my PIN number is rude and also a huge invasion of privacy. And I know it’s because you pressure your cashiers and time their transactions. It’s ridiculous and makes for such an uncomfortable situation. Stop this.
