this place gives a hard time to get out a loan. I was approved online and I could pick up at this location. An old lady with white hair gave me trouble and wouldn't give me my approved loan. She kept saying I'm looking your info up and it's popping up with an entities different name. She couldn't even show me what name it was popping up as. She is nothing but a liar and a racist!!! I asked to speak to the supervisor she said she is the supervisor when her name tag didn't say she's the supervisor. Lady with white hair isn't good at all. Total liar.

By far some of the RUDEST employees I have ever seen! I've never heard of a company making up their own rules when it comes to the name on a MoneyGram! If MoneyGram themselves said's you don't need a middle name to send or receive and the customer's ID had it on their or not makes NO DIFFERENCE!! Why do people take things so personal while at work! * Hun it's Not coming out of your check*!! No ones going to pay you more to be a straight out Rude j***** Fix your store it's extremely hot and smells like mold and urine!! Don't waste your time coming to this location!!

Great place, great service. What sucks is that their not able to give you no info over the phone on how much it is to cash a check!!!! Which makes no sense....why would someone waste time to go and not like the rate percentage.

I have gotten cashier checks here before they work quickly and are kind. But sometimes they close earlier than posted for example today, Friday, they are supposed to close at 8:00pm. Which is convenient for people with late work schedules, but they are already closed. I arrived at 7:30pm. I feel this establishment should rethink their hours if they are not planning to stay open until 8:00pm.

I've came here for two years to get money orders for rent. Last month I came to cash a check and also get a money order. You can not cash a check here without being forced to sign up for a netspend prepaid card and allow your personal information to be shared. It's much easier, quicker, and cheaper to get everything I need handled at the Bank of America down the street. I won't ever be back. Also the store smells like pee.

Came here to cash a simple Money Order that I didn't use. Initially I didn't have the stub and the cashier STEPHANIE said I needed it in order to cash because I could have reported it "stolen" after cashing it and the money would have basically came out of her pocket. Being dressed down today I felt like she initially profiled me. It was no welcoming greeting like she gave the other customers that approached the window, real stale faced and just no good vibes from her. I went home found the stub and came right back. STEPHANIE still acted as if she didn't want to cash it so I asked her did she need the receipt from the store I purchased it as well to ensure her I wasn't some criminal. She then proceeded to get on the phone and call who I'm assuming is her boss or manager (remind you its almost closing time around 7pm and ask for "permission" to cash it which is ODD. Because aren't u an employee at a CHECK CASHING place and that's what you guys do all day? If you have to call your boss for approval u need another job cause u can't do yours on your own. So she ended up cashing it after 20 minutes it seemed like. Ending greeting was a thank you for doing business here or have a good evening or nothing She just handed ms my money and that was it. Then to top it off she charged me $13 to cash a $250 money order cause she placed it under "other" for a transaction instead of "cashing a money order" which is a 2.99 fee. I will NEVER go there again. Poor customer service, bad service and lack of knowledge. STEPHANIE needs a diversity training class to ensure she treats customers of all races, profiles and whatever else classification equally.

I had and excellent experience today with Elizabeth Mosqueda this morning. I had to get my rent paid asap and she assisted me in a professional manner and mad me extra copies of my rent recites in which I really appreciated.
