Business accounts pay extra fees. They use to have a business line, now they no longer have it. Coming to this bank now is a 45 minute wait to make a deposit. Absolutely terrible. Wells Fargo is trying to cut all corners, but still charges all the extra fees to business accounts. They charge to deposit cash!! Looking to get out of Good ol Wells Fargo and moving to a bank that appreciates their customers. -Michael Harris

Prepare to wait at least an hour. You would think heck, it's right after 4th of July weekend the beginning of the month. Let's get more people working on this busy day and open more windows. NO- because that would be too easy. Instead let's open 2 tellers; one for business one for personal. Let's make them wait one hour, they're going to anyways when it comes to their money. Thanks Wells Fargo for the nonexistent customer service. At this point I don't think you can get at worse. Be prepared to wait 40min-1 hr after a holiday or at the beginning of the month.

This bank at 3 Speeds- slow, slower and really slow. This has been going on for more than a few months now. The most time I have waited in line has been over 45 minutes and today I entered the bank and there was nobody in line so I was first and still waited close to a half an hour. There were two tellers working in the middle and two at the left and ride ends doing their own thing, with one manager in the back. Just starting to get real frustrating especially when you're on a tight schedule. I go to other credit and have never run into this issue, even when I have to wait to meet with a consultant the wait time is still shorter than what I have to wait in the general line at Wells Fargo.

Rarely a line when we go in. Always pleasant, courteous and timely. Wasn't able to convert my coins from travel abroad which was frustrating.

The tellers are friendly, but there's usually a decent line. My only qualm is that the parking is abysmal and dangerous outside of the bank.
