Went here for an Amazon return, was charged $6.21 for then to print a label for an amazon return. No other UPS store I've been too charged more than a $1. Will not be coming back for anything.

Customer service was great, got through the long line faster than I could say onomatopoeia, especially for a hectic holiday time of year. Thankful for the representative who assisted, I believe her name was Haley. I was able to send my daughter her Christmas gifts across country in time time for her to open them Christmas Day. Thanks UPS Hanford and the rep (Haley) who helped me....for saving my daughters Christmas! Happy holidays

Called twice at 6:20 to make sure they were still open and they let it ring. Drove to the store and they wouldn’t help me at 6:35 when they close at 6:30. I wish I was allowed to have the professionalism that they had in my job. I was just dropping off an Amazon return.

Be careful when you take routine returns from Amazon, Fanatics, etc. Print your label beforehand because depending on who the clerk is they might charge you. Terrible policy to nickel and dime customers. Only location to ever charge for a prepaid shipping label
