Order online. Come in for pick and then go get your own stuff. Same day print. More like….when we get around to it. This place has horrible customer service, and should be avoided.

Most ridiculous Staples ever. If you order a print online, do not expect them to start working on it until you physically show up to the store past the due date. No amount of phone calls or emails will get them to work on your order. I called three times and was left on hold and forgotten about. Another call they told me they would get back to me in 15 minutes to no avail. Ridiculous.Update:It is clear that the workers here do not give a flying fudge popsicle about what they do. Upon finally receiving my print, I get home to see that they cut it smaller than the requested size AND crookedly. What happened to pride in what you do and quality customer service?

Waited over 30 mins just for them to edit one of my prints and Every time I go to store the employee kelsi always gives bad service .

The last couple months I have needed to print mailing labels and mail some packages. Both times I felt very welcomed and comfortable with the service given to get the task completed. Both times they took the time with me as how to print the labels. I will continue to go to them for my mailing and label printing needs it is enjoyable to feel like I am an individual customer. Thank you for great customer service in a time where it is very hard to find.

I went in the store today grabbed a memory chip and business invoices - walked up to pay for items ( only one cashier was open ) had one person I front of me - a lady -who had her phone out and was showing the cashier I guess some pictures - coupons or idk - a cashier next to me was there so I asked if she was open - she said what was your payment cash or card - I said cashier- she told me she could only do card transactions - I said ok - so I look back at the cashier with the lady and still were doing the phone thing - whatever that was - close to 10 mins had passed - in which at this time I noticed many employees in the front store area but no one on registers so needless to say I started to get frustrated to the point I was getting a little agitated - so finally an employee comes to open another register and asked could I help who was next - so I go over to newly opened register - put my two items on counter and he rung me up - total was around 42.00 so I had him a 50.00 in which he tales then I heard him call to get change at register from whom ever - a couple of minutes pass and nothing !!! At that particular time I am about to lose it - lose my patience which I rarely do but then he called for change again and I asked for my 50.00 back back bc I was absolutely done waiting to get rung up !!!Idk where the customer service went at that particr time but it definitely was not there - normally I'm in and out there but this time was one of those times where I can't understand what the problem was - I decided to go somewhere else that wanted my 50.00 and acted like it !!!VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!!!!

This review is mainly for the printing service. I walked in needed help for prints was never greeted or acknowledged at all. These 3 stars are only given because the review is not for the entire store only the printing area which is horrible!

i am not very computer knowledgeable , technology has passed me by , recently i needed copies and i go t staples and i would strongly urge everybody that the people that work here are awesome ! the manager deserves an award for having a great group of workers ! bless you all ... still great human beings in this world

I mostly use Staples for printing services when my printer is down. I like their service that I can email my documents to them and then go in the store and print them out. The super automated copy machines are very helpful and pretty much tell you exactly what to do. However... occasionally I have gotten stuck and needed some help. That department has two outstanding employees who are very friendly and helpful, and one who is very rude. I came in one night to print out some documents. He was standing at the counter cutting on a large photograph, had his back to the door and the coffee machines, and did not acknowledge that I even walked in. There was another lady there who asked him for help and he said he would be right there but he didn't stop what he was doing and left her standing there. At that point I also needed help and called to get his attention. His back was to us, and he didn't even turn around. I finally said "excuse me, you have two customers here who need your help and that looks like something you can do at any time. I'd appreciate it if you would come and help us." Again, he did not even turn and look at us or acknowledge what I had said. He kept doing what he was doing for a few more minutes and then he put it down and came over to us making no eye contact with either one of us, and with a very sour look on his face. I told him she was first and he went to her. In the meantime I was able to solve my own problem and didn't need him, and when I told him that, again no eye contact and he didn't even acknowledge that I had spoken, he just turned around and walked away. I was extremely annoyed at being treated like I was totally invisible and that I was a bother to him. This is NOT customer service! It was late in the evening and there was no manager on site to talk to, so I left. I wish I had gotten his name, but can only state that he was a heavy set Hispanic male. He needs to get a different job where he doesn't work with the public, because he is a terrible representative for this company.

Salesman new what he was talking about. Picked out a computer, out of stock. Went to second pick, out of stock!Said he could not even order one????So why have them on display and waist his time and mine???

The service at this Hanford store lacks customer service and frankly they don't seem to care. Odd since when you walk through the doors there is usually a "Hi" but after that it's down hill especially if your looking at the ink replacement wall. I was looking for cartridges for 2 of our offices printers and after looking for 10 minutes, having 2 people from that section bypass me I could not even get an eye contact acknowledgement. Were they busy? I saw 3 people standing around not approaching customers. I came home and ordered from Amazon .
