Majority of the employees are pleasant and helpful. I'm only giving this location 3/5 stars because the shorter employee with colored hair can be very rude. She always has an attitude and always makes it seem like it's an inconvenience to talk to customers.

never leave reviews but wanted to leave a review for this incident. went to sally’s at about 7:40 & doors were locked, lights were on, two workers were at the front & just looked at us attempt to open the door & laughed in our faces. did not proceed to ask them to open it, just simply left. from the outside i could see one employee attempt to hide under a register and another pretend to fix a shelf? ? it’s ok i couldnt you see under them lashes anyways. next time just go hide in the back or just stop being scared and close early so you can get home by 8. may god bless these girls they clearly need a new job?.

I cannot believe how terrible this Sally’s is. They laugh in faces, treat you terrible never want to help and they leave you locked inside if it’s close to closing. Terrible terrible.

They told me gel nail polish would stay on for a month. Washed my hands and it came off immediately. Used their bottom coat, polish, top coat with the violet light for 3 minutes between. What a rip off

I was exchanging a product at Sally’s broad daylight 1 pm. The store is small and I’m a big person so you can’t miss me . I was in the store for only half a minute and they had a security harassing me already I only assume because he was watching me and he left the store the exact same time I did . Miserable people need something better to do other than harassing black clientele. Same experience happened with my wife a couple months ago so obviously I’m not the only one who notices.

My daughter and I went in to the Hanford Sally's for some hair products. The lady that assisted us was very nice. Upon checkout, we were helped by the store manager. To be handing your money over to a business whose store manager was less than par in customer service was difficult. In these times... is hard to spend money on ourselves.... But when we choose to treat ourselves and are met with horrible customer service... I should have put it back and gone to Walmart. At least I know I will be met with superior customer service and a $9 box of dye. I decided to ask the red headed lady what her name was... with a glaring look she said "Store Manager".... I said to her... "No... your name" She proceeded to say to me... "If your are going to file a complaint all you need to know is that I am the store manager" Whoa... unbelievable! If ANYONE in my business ever treated any of my customers that way.... It would have been an automatic termination. Some people cannot even hold on to their business and we get this from Sally's? Karma is out there... she is good at what she does. But I will not be a patron of this store ever again. Screw it... ordering beauty products online

Very heavily pregnant so I’m a little more upset than I normally would be but I went into the store to buy a few things and they were out of a couple of them so only ended up buying 2, I noticed while shopping that this one employee followed me throughout the whole store and then was rude to me when checking out. As a former BA and SM in the company I am very upset with how I was treated as a customer at this location. They removed names from the receipts or I could be more specific but I won’t be coming back to this location and will stick with the lemoore location from now on.

Product selection is fine, went in yesterday to ask the workers questions about bleaching and dying my hair for the first time. They got me the right products, and I asked a lot of questions about how to use them, but they didn't tell me not to process my hair twice in a row, one after the next, to do the bleach and color. I got a twenty processor and I had dirty blonde hair, was told to leave in the bleach for 50 minutes but I could only handle 30. Then to do the processor+dye for forty minutes. Which also hurt too much to do. Worse, even. So, like any other ignorant person would do I did all that at the expense of my scalp. It really, really hurt. I wish I could've been saved the pain and been better to my hair. Don't know why they told me that was something I could do but I won't be so trusting next time I suppose.

Friendly staff and very stocked in hair color. Also the layout is nice and open, you don't feel crammed even with a few customers inside.

Very rude Customer service Jessica was so rude to my friend just because she didn't return her product first instead of looking to see if the product was there for an exchange!!!

I love this location called for some sauce beauty hair mask and asked if I can put 4 on hold and when I got there sure enough they were there so I’m really great full for the angels working at this location? also I didn’t catch the name of the girl who rung me up but she had beautiful green and black hair

Walked in with my husband and was not greeted by any of the workers at this Sally’s. Aside from not being greeted, one of the girls who was working the cash register to the right of the store walked to the back and couldn’t be bothered to ask if we needed any help. The other cashier didn’t bother to ask either. I tried finding what I came in for and wasn’t successful. I suggest taking your business to Ulta in a heartbeat. Their customer service is impeccable. Sally’s employees really need to take a customer service crash course for beginners.
