This place has always been my go to. Until today when this “manager” who never once even acknowledged me came over and had the employee stop and demand me to sweep the bed of my truck. I attached a pic for reference. Never will see my business again. I hope this manager gets a true conversation on what it means to manage and what customer service is. He’s ruining your place.

Came in with the car that was pretty dirty from almond shaking season and sitting underneath a pine tree for a bit.
The staff was amazing and took care of it.
I left with the car looking great! Really happy with the machine and even happier with the workers

The owner made threats because I used the free vacuums before a car wash when it says free before car wash and then threatened to slap my 13 year old brother and knock him out so when I told him something he called the cops and told them we pulled a gun and lied. No PROFESIONALISM OR RESPECT WHAT SO EVER HE WAS BLATANT RUDE RECORED MY CAR PLATES

I really like OhSoClean a lot. The staff is super friendly every time I’m there. The vacuum cleaners have a really strong suction. The car mat cleaning machine is amazing. I like that the car wash is at a slow pace so you know your car is getting clean. The air dryers at the end get most of the water off my car so I don’t have too much wiping to do afterwards. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Services: Polishing

Dose a good job cleaning, but if you want damage on your car, keep coming to this place as more we went we started noticing more scratches and scratches on the one side of our car and we hear a hitting sound when we’re driving through the car wash and it’s getting to the point where we don’t want our car ruined anymore and it’s a new car to when we talk to the person on hand you could tell they really don’t care about your car and just said sorry unless I know how many more days we could go until our thing expires, when you go through the car wash looked around your car you’ll see small scratches
