It’s been 2 days since the store has been closed, I’ve passed by at least 6 times and no one was there, I have no service to call or text people. Might switch next door to Verizon

Store it's never open. It opens late and closes early. Been there 3 times in the past week and the service is not there. Time to change service. Verizon is next door.

T Mobile Karina is always amazing, so helpful and professional. The people she contacted and their inability to correctly process my 50+ account caused us to be there trying for hours. The young man helping us, when I requested she contact a supervisor to help us, disconnected the call. She had me call 611 because those helping us process, put in the notes; my account couldn't have55+ for 90days. The 611 call was final helpful. That young man respectfully and quickly connected me with a supervisor, after I explained that I had been working on this for 4 hours.

This cellphone shop is a hotmess! Dont go over here they dont mean business here rude and mean people will serve you! Thank you so much for not approving my phone you let me go back and forth to my house causing me gas and time wasted!

I went down there due to my phone not working, such as dropping calls, not loading, constant restarting, and I've have the phone for 2 months so therefore it is still under warranty. They told me that it was not their problem and that I need to contact Apple. I agreed to do so, and I asked them in the mean time what I do about paying the phone bill of a phone that is not working. They told me that there is nothing they can do and that it is not their problem once again. I want to leave this terrible service but since I'm under a lease it would cost a lot of money to pay off the phone (iPhone 12), services, and tax. Very disappointed with t-mobile. Went through AT&T first and thought they were bad. But changed my mind once I go into t-mobile.

Was here trying to check out the cases for my new phone and the two ladies were not very welcoming and were rather rude. They didn't seem interested in my business. There is no sense of customer service here and I don't recommend this business.

Came from Fresno to Hanford... Stopped here at this Metro shop here. First time having a Metro phone and ever being here. The lady was very nice and respectful. She answered all my questions and I came just in time for their promotions! This is the third month having my Metro phone and I have to say I love it. About to go back in (customer services is 5 stars) and hook my tablet up with wifi.

I planned on switching carriers and buying a whole new phone. I left without buying anything because how rude the customer service was. I guess they don't want money and new customers. It was completely dead in there. You would think they would be happy for my service. Screws this place and screw metro pcs for hiring this trash

Went to this location on 12/23/19. I was the only customer in the store. The Metro Rep working there should probably be in another line of work as customer service did not seem to be her strong suit or primary objective. I won't say she was rude - but she certainly wasn't helpful in any way. I had a few hundred dollars burning a hole in my pocket and wanted to spend money on a new phone and other accessories. She made me feel like I cut into her lunch break or she had something better to do than her job. So I left. Apparently they are making so much money there that they didn't need any of mine. A real bummer when you are a customer and this is the only store within 20 miles.
