Very very very poor member service. Deposited money in the wrong account. Also, told to come back since I don't have an appointment. Also, very very hard to contact local branch staff. Closing accounts. Poor Leadership at this place.

There’s ONLY 1 ATM it’s always down or needs maintenance, you go inside and the tellers are too busy chit chatting to assist customers when there is a line. I’ve seen a lot of tellers come and go so that should say something. I switched banks and don’t regret it bank somewhere else! And the rates are always high!

This is the worst credit union I have ever encountered. You would have to be crazy to bank here. Take your money where they appreciate you.
