I had Ed resize my wedding ring that had been falling off my finger for years. Even though it was around Christmas time and I was #50 in line it only took a couple of weeks . Excellent service and price.

Ed is a nice man. I took him my old pocket watch to replace the batteries in it. He told me it would be ready in an hour or two, but called me a bit later to tell me that it was unusual in that it took three unique types of batteries which would make it quite a bit more expensive to replace them. The watch was special to me so I told him to go ahead. When I got there, he opened the back and showed me the inside of it, so I could see the three batteries, and he was nice enough to give me a deal on the cost. This is what makes "mom and pop" stores the best places to do business. The honesty and kindness he showed immediately insured that I would always do business with him from then on. I highly recommend this business.

Today I visited Ed's Tick Tock Jewelers to replace the watch batteries on my Bulova, Belaire and Nixon watches. I was pleased with the thorough review of my watches for battery corrosion and meticulous manner he handled my watches. Ed was able to replace the batteries for my Bulova and Belaire, but discovered that the battery in my Nixon watch was still good, but there was an issue with the battery contacts and recommended that I send in to Nixon's service center. I soon learned that Ed's father had founded the shop several years ago and has been in business for years! I recommend Ed's Tick Tock Jewelers for all watch servicing and I plan on having my watch collection maintained by Ed. Bottom line: fair prices, outstanding customer service and a local business!

Ed is extremely knowledgable when it comes to anything jewelry related. He has years of experience as this is a family business that his father pasted down to him. I can tell he takes pride in his shop. He will always shoot straight with you. Other jewelers are always looking for a quick buck. I have purchased many pieces from his shop and know that I always get the best deal and best customer service. Thank you Ed for keeping the small town feel of downtown Hanford.

very mean old man. i brought five of my watches there to get battery change. he said its going to be ready in once i get back. after four days. i came back and he just finished one of them. and hes giving me attitude. and saying i got high expectation. four days!!! ill never go back there ever. and i do not recommend it to anybody at all. you guys descretion if you guys want to go there.. very mean!!!
