My husband \\u0026 I have been Cricket customers for almost 10 years. We visited the Hanford mall location last night \\u0026 it was by far the worst customer service we've had with Cricket. We rushed over from Visalia because it was the only store open after 7pm. I walked in at 7:40pm \\u0026 Nancy was helping a customer so I waited. She never acknowledged me except to say \\\"we're closed\\\" at 7:45pm \\u0026 continued with her transaction until about 8:20pm. There was another employee with her but apparently she couldn't at least ask what I needed because she later stated to my husband that she \\\"was off the clock.\\\" I don't normally leave reviews but what makes this experience even worse is after visiting a Visalia location today, I was simply told I could file a claim to get a new phone to replace my broken one. Had Nancy taken a few extra minutes to be kind \\u0026 helpful, this would be a very different review. I hope Nancy finds another field to work in that's better suited for her because customer service is not it.

Walked in at 7:40pm and the girl working said she was closed yet the closing time is 8:00pm. Now I have to pay my bill late tomorrow which is going to cost me a fee. Please fire people like this that don’t take their job seriously.

Cricket has given me a phone over past almost 2 years. Not once been having problems. One day soon will able to update a new phone from cricket.

I went in to their location today to buy a new iPhone X and the 2 sales associates were very rude. One was busy helping a customer so didn't even acknowledge us and the other one just came in clocked in and stayed on the computer we were standing there waiting to be help to buy a new phone but she never looked at us or said a word to us, we were literally standing in front of her. We waited for 10 minutes while she was doing I don't know what in her computer so we just left and went to Walmart and got great service. Do not shop there they are really rude people like that should not be in retail.
