So far so good, I've haven't had any issues as far as customer service yet. Unlike the others cricket centers, those employees are a little immature when it comes to customer service the one next to smart and final is what I'm implying.

I love coming to this store! The customer service is exceptional. They answered all my questions, they changed everything from one phone to the other. They helped me with my WhatsApp, my Facebook, and my contacts. This was the first store in Hanford that treated me very well. If you need help, ask for the manager. She was the one who treated me very well and was very kind. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

My husband and I switched to Cricket a few months ago, the switch from AT&T was easy. However we weren't offered a new upgrade or promotion for our phone and werent told we can get an upgrade every 6 months . We felt rushed however we found out more information from the Cricket store in the Target shopping Center and didn't feel rushed. I would not recommend this store as your go to Cricket store.

This is the best cricket store I personally come too. The only thing is the timing of opening hours seem to always be off. For example, the website says open and their times on store door is at 9am. It is currently 9:40 and it’s still not open. But, the employees are awesome with customer service so it makes up for it.

Girl was very helpful but was unable to get monthly payments on iPhone 12 pro, due to trouble with bank routing number. Would go again when prepared.

Had a great experience!!! Grace attended us. Very friendly and professional.Brought my husband in to get service she is bilingual which is awesome!! She greeted us at the door and walked us out to the door when we were finished. Quick customer service along with the staff in the store.
