I have had so many mixed experiences with this pharmacy since I moved to Hanford a year and a half ago that it's really been difficult to write a review. Two of their pharmacists have been kind and helpful, a grey haired female, and an Asian male, while the others never make eye contact with customers, and physically show their impatience when you ask to speak with them, with never a smile or a greeting or any acknowledgment that you're a human being. They've recently had a lot of problems finding staff so the customer service is hit and miss. One of the young ladies constantly asks me how to spell everything I say to her, and I have a pretty common name. Another one gave me information that I knew was incorrect, and when I requested she go back and speak to the pharmacist for clarification, she was reticent to do so. When she finally did I could hear the pharmacist being impatient and rude to her. No wonder she doesn't want to ask - how can she learn? As someone who has spent a great deal of my life training employees, I am always kind and very patient with them even when I'm frustrated. Over the past months, I have seen one blossom into an excellent employee, but the other one is still going nowhere. No people skills, acts confident that she knows what she's doing even when she is constantly making mistakes, and gets annoyed when I ask her to get clarification. There is a point where that is a disservice to their customers, and CVS needs to find someone to replace her. Some people just don't belong in a customer service position.I've had to deal with numerous problems with their website, and have spoken to someone supposedly in upper management there, and the problem has still not been remedied. And it's such a minor thing, but annoying to me. As I'm sure we are all frustrated at the barrage of junk text messages we get, I am so tired of getting their continuous erroneous text messages. I've gone in there and spoken to them personally and told them to remove every instance of automatic refills and they have said they did it, yet I continue to receive text messages telling me I have a prescription due for pick up. And half of the time it's not even some thing I'm taking anymore.Because of my insurance, I have no other choice of where to get my prescriptions filled. I've tried other CVS locations and the problems are pretty much the same. I wish I had something kinder to say about this business but unfortunately there is little on the plus side.

This location let someone duplicate my Fathers debit card and then used it to take $1800 from his account. $911, then $609 then $300, in the timeframe of 3 weeks! Have you EVER seen a frail 85 year old man walk into a CVS and take nearly $900 is CASH??? Are you f*** kidding? You let him get robbed by not asking for ID! Horrible horrible store and employees.

Be prepared to wait at least 30-40 minutes for the drive thru pharmacy EVERY time you come. It takes a long time inside as well because they only have one person working the register. I miss my VERY efficient CVS in Fresno.

I went inside to pick up some photos and the manager, Taylor, was a very rude to me. I asked her where the photo department was just sort of grunted and pointed to the back, she didn't even ask me whether I was tension or picking up. When I realized the photo department was just a kiosk I walked back and she was helping somebody else. When I express my displeasure she was very rude to me and explained that she wasn't arguing with me but she was just telling me that she answered my question, and said I shouldn't be upset because I didn't ask the right question. She didn't even apologize. Worst customer service ever

If you are going to get tested for COVID-19 thru the drive thru, be READY to do it yourself! You have to book an appt on their website prior to driving thru. They give you the kit & the Pharmacist/ Techs will be giving instructions throughout the process. The reason for my rating is the delay on getting my results. I did the test on June 27th & still no results. I've called the store & they said due to alot of testing they are behind & that results should be available by email & on MyChart app once ready. Totally not what the Website said that test results are available within 2-4 days.

Covid- 19 When you have coupons to get discount on chocolate you go get it! They have a bunch of stuff! From candies to snacks to lunches to makeup and medicines, etc. All you can think of and then some. This rewards program is great! They use your number to get the rewards. I go in to get dark chocolate and of course saw sales and got more. I ended up getting dark chocolate, cereals and gum. They have tons of sales everywhere! The worker was very nice and easy to talk to. She had a mask on. Social distancing is practiced and the store is very clean. Great worker and store! Lots of good stuff! Highly recommended!

I am a fan of CVS, thus the reason I had my prescriptions sent here to be filled. I called before I drove out this way, and was told the pharmacy was open until 7pm (on Sunday). I came to the store and saw a notice on the front door that states the pharmacy closes at 7pm. I go to the pharmacy window inside at 6:05 pm to pick up my prescriptions and am told sternly, "we are closed", as if they were offended I came by. I told them the sign on the door states the pharmacy closes at 7. They shrugged at me. I don't think this is good customer service.

Terrible customer service in pharmacy. Starts at the top with the pharmacist and continues on down the totem pole to the folks working the register in pharmacy. Lacking basic customer service skills. Not willing to do anything extra to help. Very frustrating and disappointing as the CVS in Kingsburg is far superior. Not all CVS stores are the same.

So change of plans..all systems are down at Cvs right now!! Not accepting cash, credit, debit, can't pick up your scripts..soo inconvenient! CVS is one of my favorite stores.. most of these employees are very nice!! The only person I feel who is really rude is the Manager Rob here at this CVS..I swear he hates couponers and I happen to be one!! Oh well he doesn't pay my bills..the store is always clean, well kept up and they have great deals, sales, and coupons!! It's a money saving place to shop for me!!
