The owner Candice is so so rude. I will never step foot in her store again. I almost feel like she is prejudice against anyone who is not white n that is sad. The way she looks at people when they walk in her store is so demeaning... there was not one reason she had to be so damn rude today not one.... she disgusts me.

Cindy and Candy are awesome! I took my weeding ring in to have it sized, new head and dipped. They went above and beyond for me! I love how my ring turned out! The best customer service!! Thank you Candice for always taking excellent care of my ring!

Horrible service! My mom took 2 very important rings of my grandfathers thats passed away in total of 6,000 dollars to be appraised and when my mom went back a little over a week later they had told her she took those rings home when there was no way she left with those rings, they couldn't find the rings anywhere. They had even told my mom straight to her face she was lying. They lost the most valuable rings to my mom. After seeking an attorney they called and "found" the rings.

I bought a white gold diamond pave wedding band here in November 2018. I took it to be replated and found out the "diamonds" were actually white sapphires. I got scammed, so I definitely wouldn't reccomend you come here.

Over the years, we have used Candi for a number of concerns from purchase, to repair, insurance appraisals, and just asking a question and never once were we disappointed. So I when in on a wing and a prayer on a men's white gold Tiger Eye ring from the early 20th century given to my Father in 1920's. Well in a minute or so I had a startling answer, the ring itself was of some significant value but the stone no so. However, she provided a wealth of information and at no charge. The ring is now going from myself to our son. As noted, we have been here since the mid-70's and once she opened her emporium, she is the go to.
