John and his processor Lesley really went the extra mile to make sure our escrow got closed on time! Our contract was expiring and they stayed on the underwriter to get the conditions signed off, so we could get docs out, signed and back to fund on time, which it did...Hallelujah!! This is my third transaction with John and his Team, and they just really know how to make a deal work...I highly recommend them!

He knows the markets and wants what's best for his clients; I asked him why he doesn't advertise like everyone else.
