I went in to open a checking account, but the line was so long and they only had one teller working. I heard another customer in line saying it's always like this. So I looked at the ratings and saw how aweful they were. The long lines and poor customer service was just too much. I couldn't take a chance with giving them my business. They are clearly understaffed and their waiting area was like a lounge full of people.

The tellers are always super sweet and efficient! I bank here through my business and they treat everyone with respect and professionally. The lines get a bit long so be prepared to wait because they can have anywhere between 1-4 tellers at a time. Be patient, it’s a business that provides a service and you know you want them to spend all the time you need once it’s your turn!

Now now, WHERE to begin! First off… I WISH there was a ZERO star rating! Walked into this bank and it was clear from the GET GO, that we weren’t going to be helped. As a person that teaches customer service to many, THIS was by far one of the most disgusting displays I have ever witnessed. Mind you, not only were they not helpful, they were sarcastic and rude to boot. From what I know, if a customer comes in with questions AND proof that a process has been done, it is your DUTY to exceed expectations. One teller only spoke OVER my brother as he asked questions that went unanswered, the other; Marissa was quite unknowledgeable and needed to ask a million people for help and not ONE of them knew what to do! Funny we went to another branch and got help. We were told that the manager, Stephanie would be giving us a call… NEVER received it! This branch is a joke! I rarely leave reviews… but this was quite warranted. Wasted my morning! If you can avoid this bank branch… please do! We took our business elsewhere!

The service from BofA socks won't let you pull money out after3 uses..really inconvience an embarrassing...worst also service an employees rude an I'm compassion y should you put a number on how many times I use it..now my rents going to be late with fee..never thought BofA.would treat..never-ending I'm telling this to a deaf ear..now I got to borrow for rent an bills with interest like guys care..

I just started a new hobby is collecting coins . I don’t know how this bank got low rated but to me personally everytimes i stopped by to by coins from them ..... I was treated and served very nice , professionally by all the tellers. Yes ! I meant all the different tellers ! I would recommend to everyone I know about this bank ...

Shame on you BofA. Just went to get rent money and you have ATM's covered with caution tape. Lobby hasn't been fully operational. You have let us down during the pandemic. Other banks have done much better. And you know unemployment in through your bank. You should have a separate ATM for them.
