I had a blow out with one of my tires on my way to work. An employee in my office recommended Badasci Tire and not only did they take care of me right away, they were able to get the exact model and size tire, and I have difficult to find tire sizes. Kasey was amazing and had everything wrapped up when I came to pick up my car. I would definitely use them again for any of my tire needs.

I a just really disappointed. I had bought one of the "Auto Repair Saver" Coupons last August when a gentleman from Badasci Tire came by my work and had not had a chance to use it yet. I was told when I bought it that I didn't even have to have it to come in for service. I took a photo of mine to show my coworkers and sister the deal and they ended up buying one as well when the gentleman returned at a later time. When I couldn't find my original I just printed a copy of the one I still had on my phone. I went in this morning with it to my oil change appointment. The young lady didn't even get up from her seat. She just told me that what I had wasn't valid and when I told her that I was told when I bought that I wouldn't even need to bring it with me she just said sorry. She didn't even get up to maybe check and see if the number on my card had or hadn't been used yet. It was like I wasn't worth the effort. I'm just really disappointed especially because the gentleman I bought it from was so nice.

So I had got a indication light on my car that was signaling something was wrong with my car, I assumed it was my tire since it happens to me often because I commute a lot for work. Anyways, I don't know how to really check for it nor do I know how to change a tire. It was about 5 pm, well I stopped in to two other tire shop, the first shop decided to check my tire for me but couldn't help me patch my tire because they were too busy stated the man. The second shop was about to close and told me they didn't have any patches in stock in order to help me. Finally, Badasci Tire, as soon as I walked in I got greeted right away by the nice lady behind the desk. All I mentioned to her was that I needed help without much explanation and she automatically assured me that they were able to help. She was so friendly and the guys who helped with my tire provided excellent customers service. So for a woman, I got pretty stressed out and felt pretty helpless before coming into the shop... especially that I was on my way home to Visalia. So thank you so much for taking care of my tire, you guys are awesome.

Badasci Tire is a great place! John and his crew really know how to run a good business. I came here for a minor wheel issue, and they gained a life long customer. I get all my tires and related stuff here as they will just tell you what needs fixing, and not any more. You can't go wrong here.

Needed new tires and this place was recommended to me by a friend, I had a great experience! The office girls are super friendly and helpful, and when I called to get a quote she went over several budget-friendly options and even recommended what she would go with personally. I lost the wheel lock for my after-market rims ages ago, but they went out of their way to borrow a kit from a nearby mechanic so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Had my car back in 2 hours, and I'll definitely be bringing my business here from now on!
