I don't know if it was laziness or incompetence but they were both strong qualities of Chris. I had an issue with my Direct TV service and asked to see the manager. Chris proved himself worthless and the manager couldn't even bother to come out to talk with a customer. So I left with no solution other than to call customer service.... Why they were unable to or did not offer I cannot understand. They are great when you're buying stuff but are useless when there is a problem.

Staff at Hanford location were so friendly. I was greeted immediately and helped. I walked out within 30 minutes with my new phone. I would definitely recommend you go here for your needs. Staff were amazing especially Berenice .

I was at the ATT store at 140 12th Ave/St in Hanford California. A gentleman by the name of Eddie helped me. The other employees made me feel like I was a bother and didn’t have the time to help me. I am a senior citizen and not worth their time I guess. Eddie stepped in and helped me. He was so patient and respectful. I just wanted to thank him for being so kind and helpful to an old lady. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Thank you Jessica!!! Impressive customer service every time I walk in this store. Jessica went out of her way to help me find and install iPad screen protectors. She provided information on the Federal Affordable Connectivity Program. She also took the opportunity to promote current product and service promotions and answer all of my questions. Knowledgeable personnel, impressive customer service and a great looking store.

Beyond grateful with the service I received from Eddie Topete at the Hanford West Lacey location. He went above and beyond to ensure that the issue with my warranty claim and bill charges were resolved. We’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and was on the verge of switching our services to another carrier if our issue was not resolved. He was able to assist us on 2 separate appointments with over 3 hours of his time. His customer service skills never wavered, and was very patient with the disgruntled customer I was. He assured me from the beginning that he would help in all ways possible to ensure that he would do his best to accommodate our issue. Thanks to him and his knowledge of his work ethnic, we will continue our services with AT&T. Your help and dedication was very appreciated, Thanks again, Eddie!

Wow I was really dreading the idea of having to get a new phone but not anymore.I went to the Att store in Hanford CA this week and was completely blown away by the service there. Steven was an amazing associate, he was courteous and forthright, he was quick, well versed in his products and very efficient with my time. They should clone that guy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to this att store and I had no complains whatsoever Jessica was absolutely wonderful kind helpful friendly smart and a great asset to your company I have never had this experience in the past I feel so much better about att and would love for this to continue to be the company I use ❤️

I would like to give my AT&T store a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review. I came in and was assigned to Omar Hernandez to help me accomplish what I needed to do. He was very professional and knowledgeable to get me to where I needed to be with my cellular needs. He took his time to explain things I needed to know regarding my device. I 100 percent recommend this store and Omar. Thank you for having an amazing associate to completely understand and fix my issue. I will always use this AT&T store. Customer for 20+ years. I was coerced into switching my TV and internet services from Xfinity to AT&T by a retail sales consultant named Eduardo Topete, who promised a $350 gift card and a one-time credit. These promises were never fulfilled, leaving me in a vulnerable position. Despite my attempts to address the situation, AT&T employees and management have been unhelpful. My concerns about the increase in my phone bill, which is unrelated to the TV and internet services, have been met with indifference. Visits to the Hanford store location have been fruitless, with employees deflecting my inquiries and passing me along to different departments, none of which have provided a resolution. Even after speaking to the manager, Angel, I was directed to call once again and send an email, rather than rectifying the mess created by their employees. It's disheartening that such deceitful tactics were used for the sake of a trivial commission. Additionally, I discovered that Eduardo went as far as fraudulently posing as my husband to switch our services, which raises serious ethical concerns. I caution both current and prospective AT&T customers to be wary of these deceptive practices.

Hi just wanted to give a huge shout out to two people who work at at&t location in Hanford thanks a million for the awesome customer service skills and all the hard work and dedication EDDIE TOPETTE and LUPITA put in to helping me fix an issue with my phone and assisting me with getting my kids phones situated as well. Your hard work and dedication never goes unnoticed when I come in to this store and I am always greeted by you guys with a huge smile and all the dedication in the world to fix whatever issue I may be having!!! If you go into the store to pay your bill and there is a line be prepared to be waiting a long time. And the employee /door greeter is getting paid to tell ypu to wait for another employee to help you. I wish I got paid to stand there and do nothing. I'm switching phone companies
