Carwash subscribers beware. Wash is down for days, sometimes weeks. So far, it's been down since July 1 and today is July 17. No end in site. Will you credit my subscriber fee for the time it's down? I think that would be fair. Like the concept, dislike the execution. I don't normally post neg reviews but come on Cir K, fix it pronto!

Choose to get the car wash since California drought alert, disappointingly this car wash is out of service most of the time, try to get refund but no way to get a hold of costumer service and never got a call back , no other circle k car wash in the area, I know am not the only one, fairly enough we need refund.

Worst car wash place, closed 2 weeks due to problems, after closed now after 2 days open! What's wrong with you? As a monthly subscription user, I feels so bad and there is no any reason given in app and shows available!

I really like the workers here. They are friendly and customer service oriented, especially Hatem, the mgr. He is very accommodating and efficient. It is not his fault if an employee turns a longer than a labor code mandated 10 minute break into a 25 minute sloth fest, unbeknownst to him! It is not Hatem's fault if the supply chain is backed up to repair a gas tank measurement part that's malfunctioning! Things are strange lately-- weather, workplace, etc., etc. C'est la vie!

They dont wear mask properly in the store and when someone walks in they hurry up and put their mask the right way on really fast. They need to be held responsible for not taking the safety of their customers more seriously and having a lacked attitude about wearing mask properly

It is 8:07 PM. I do not understand why there is a sign on the door claiming the employee is on break. If they scheduled people right than there would be no need for the store to shut down and lose money for 30 minutes.

Half the time they don't have ice. Sometimes they don't have lids. One time they didn't have ice and lids, and me being in a hurry didn't notice the absence of lids. The worker watched me as I filled two cups with soda and didn't say a thing. Then, I struggled out the door with uncovered drinks and that j*** didn't help a bit. Now, this girl thing closes the entire store for a smoke break?!? I hate this circle K so much.
