Mike is so lazy. Does not communicate with you about the cars progress while it is being repaired. He just calls you and says your be car is ready which is so annoying because we have other things in our life going on too. Not a very business savvy kinda of guy And instead of fixing the issue of him being lazy he got mad and refused my job and called me to pick up my keys. Poor customer service…

Butch was very thorough when it came to my accidental claim for my rear bumper. He found that there were more damages to the bumper and ordered additional parts to repair and repaint the bumper. He did an excellent job. He is very professional and updated me the whole process along the way. He even gave me rides home from the shop.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this place. This was my first accident like this and the gentleman there was amazing. And my car looks like new and is driving beautifully. Butch especially was very kind and kept me in the loop.

Took my 4runner in to replace the bumper. Picked it up 3 days later and they had washed my car, wiped the inside down, and shook out all of my floor mats! My car looked amazing! I would definitely take my car back in the future!
