I just moved to the neighborhood and this cute market is only a couple of streets away. It's great that I can walk there and they have everything...Snacks, coffee, liquor and they even have a small meat and produce section!They also have Wi-Fi. It happens to be a gas station too!!Next door is a restaurant with an outdoor seating area. They serve yummy BBQ & Taco Tuesday's!

If you're looking for COVID compliance it's not here unfortunately. It's nice that there's a store away from the bustle of the main road but it's really disappointing that they don't follow protocol for mask wearing at all. If you're a business that doesn't enforce mask wearing you don't get my business because you don't care about my safety. Other customers in the store obviously took note of the example set by the cashier and followed suit. Super disappointing to say the least. Covid safe people beware. Tsk tsk Backroads! Do better!

I have always loved those small, family owned & family run businesses. This family has been working here for a long time. Or so I heard. They have all the basics. Bread, butter, milk, eggs, cheese. They also have all the good snacks. Ice cream and chips and cookies and crackers and of course chocolate bars. Besides all the popular beers, they also have a wide variety of liquor and sodas. So basically everything you might need. Plus the friendly neighbor feeling when the family members and other customers start to talk about things that are going on in and around the town or the weather alerts they got. Plus all the good gossip. Good vibes and relaxed shopping make it a good place to stop. L A
