Disgusting bathrooms with broken amenities... Management/owners should care more; makes me wonder about the rest of the place. Service staff were very friendly considering how under staffed and overworked they are.

Made appointment but still had to wait 55 minutes in line for a covid test. They hand us the test and we do are thing and give it back. And I didn't see any one wipe any thing down before the next elderly customer came for the prescription or whatever. Also I submitted my test on Friday but have still not heard back says that if it was submitted on Saturday or Sunday there could be a delay but didn't mention anything about me waiting 3 days before it is even submitted to the lab so it should say if test is submitted on Friday or Saturday it will take 2-3days.

Mainly went here for the pharmacy. Very long line on a Friday evening both inside and in drive through. Expect about a 30 minute wait

Recently introduced to Medi-Cal and the medical system, every single one of these employees deserves a five star I've been to this place dozens of times now for prescriptions. Everybody here is great. Medical is a problem with its own and the verification and constant back-and-forth a prescription has nothing to do with the establishment, are you guys deserve 10 stars keep kicking ass thanks for helping me

Worst case of bad service EVER! Put on hold for over thirty minutes and then hung up on me. Put on hold without permission. Said that they couldn’t really help me yet because and I quote “they had customers”. What am I if not a customer? Exceedingly long wait times have me wondering if maybe they could use a little more help!!!

I gave them a phone call yesterday and for 30 minutes I was put on hold listening to music and the phone ringing and then someone came on and said I will be right with you please hold. Do I said OK. Still the same way listening to music and then the phone went to ringing and no one came on. Not enough pharmacy techs to check you out. So they had one person checking people out with a very long line sometimes going down two isles. This is absurd I have not been to a pharmacy like this where there staff ignores you. They don't pick up the phone when you have questions about Covid testing or about your medications. That is why I changed pharmacies from Walgreens to CVS. They are more helpful with questions. They are a lot nicer to deal with and they answer the phone when you call them to ask questions. CVS never ignores you and they never let you wait for 30 minutes while the phone is playing music and then rings. And someone comes on and tells you we will be right with you and they don't ever come back on the phone. I will never go to a Walgreens again up here or in Marysville they are just as worse they are really rude staff there. If I choose a Pharmacy I would have to say either Docomo's or CVS in Grass Valley.

Three pharmacy experiences here now warrants this review... first time was in the drive thru, waited 30-40 min while the attendant left me there only to return saying my prescription wasn't yet in?! The next time I went inside after learning the drive thru isn't the way to go and the attendant wouldn't even make eye contact or address me, I didn't even feel human. She was rude, abrupt and took forever to get my prescription. She could have warned it will be awhile or said anything but instead your just standing there waiting. The last time was basically the same lengthy, drawn out mediocre service where I left feeling enraged by the lack of service and care I would expect from a professional establishment. Whose running this shit show anyhow? Who trains these people? Do they learn customer service? ---lost my business after 3 solid strikes!

Great staff, they were very polite and ready to help. The store was very clean and well stocked. Definitely in a convenient location for out of town visitors.

What a fiasco. I made my husband an appointment for a second shingles vaccination shot. We got there 15 minutes before the appointment. He was refused service because he wasn’t getting a Covid shot. We wasted an hour going back and forth into town. And the frustration level was very high. Now we’re trying again at 4:30 this afternoon. Theoretically they stop giving Covid shots after 430 and said to come back. There is no management help there at all. I wouldn’t recommend the store at all. Terrible service. It’s not the staffs fault? The store is understaffed.

Alex behind the counter was absolutely amazing. This was my 2nd vaccine and It was a smooth and quick experience. Thanks to the professionalism and courteousness of Alex, we were in and out of there like a breeze. Alex is a superstar!!
