Thoroughly, extremely impressed. Walked in to a huge, huge line at 1:30pm on Sept 19. This team handled everyone with speed and care and in less than 10 minutes everyone was served. Never seen it done sooo well. Thanks!

$2.00 plus tax to print a label is ridiculous considering you need a label to send most things. Everywhere charges by the page for the price of the paper. Stop price gouging your community!

I wish I could give them 5 stars. I have been taking my Amazon returns to this UPS Store for the better part of two years. During which time, I have also supported them by using their services. I think it is neat that they have brought in an Amazon self-service return kiosk. However, I had the most annoying experience today. There is a system I have adopted from a while, in fact, years back. I place my returns in the same re-sealable Amazon envelopes the items come in. I print out the codes on paper because it makes it go faster (than looking for the codes on my phone) at the register. It makes for a speedy process. But, today, a lady I'd never seen before, made me take each item out of the re-sealable Amazon envelopes. Good thing I never seal the envelopes until I get to the counter. Often, the person behind the counter would seal the envelopes for me. It makes me feel comfortable knowing that they can see I am returning the item I say I am returning. So, after I took each item out of the perfectly good re-sealable Amazon envelope, she makes me place each item inside a clear plastic bag, then makes me print a separate receipt (on sticker label) for each individual item. I had six items to return. What a waste of labels! Because you can actually print several items on one receipt/label. She said that Amazon is very particular in the way they want to see their returns done. How utterly ridiculous of her!! I have been a prime member for over 10 years, and 5 of those years as a small business owner. I know how to properly pack an Amazon return. Anyway, I was super annoyed. I'm sure there were other customers waiting in line feeling the same as me. I left feeling glad and relieved that I wasn't returning a personal item like a bra or underwear or something I wouldn't want anyone else to see. That would have been embarrassing. This way of returning items back to Amazon infringes on one's privacy rights. Not to mention just how long it took to re-package everything. In the meantime, there was a huge line of customers waiting. I will give Staples a try next time.

The lines here are always out the door. There’s either five people behind the counter, helping one person or there’s one person behind the counter going as slow as they possibly can. This is one of the worst run UPS mailing locations I’ve ever been to.

I had a fairly complicated copy job that I left and returned to pick up. After reviewing it, I discovered one of the items that needed to be 15 copies was only 1. This could have been a miscommunication when I dropped off the job as I mentioned it was a fairly complicated job. I went back to get the extra copies made and it was very close to closing time. The manager went out of his way to be helpful, which was much appreciated as I needed the project for a meeting at 8am the next day. The staff at this place works hard and they are busy, especially nearing closing time. I will always go back to this store when I'm in Grass Valley.

I made an appointment online for notary services, on their website. When I got to the store, I stood in line for a long time, and was finally helped by a gentleman that informed me that they don't honor notary appointments made on their website. They only do walk-in's and there's no guarantee if and when a notary will be there. Seems like a sketchy way for a major business to operate. Waste of 45 minutes.

Everyone that works here is really friendly and they get things done. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait, but it's worth it to know your packages are safe. Big thanks to mark and the nice guy with the brown hair who helped me today. I got my passport pics and left smiling!:)

This store used to be amazing! Everyone was awesome, including the franchise owner, Dave. Super professional and I made a few friends as well. I had hundreds of dollars worth of Xmas gifts stolen from my home, hence renting a box from UPS. It’s been great for a few years. All good things usually come to an end. Ever since Dave left, and Sarah was let go (ridiculous they canned her, she alone held the place together) it’s gone down hill like a runaway train. I’ve had missing packages, damaged packages, late mail, etc. One particular instance, my mailbox was empty for a week. I asked why the couple days I was there that week, no one knew. Cut to Saturday, I had a bubble mailer CRAMMED with mail inside the box. Mail that was important. EDD, work related correspondence, health info, insurance, old medical bills for my deceased father, car payment and insurance mail. All mail that I needed to receive and take care of in a timely manner. There was even mail from over a month before stuffed in that mailer. It was brushed off. Excuse me, I pay a lot of money for a box. It’s BS I have to play catch-up since I was made to look like a flake because I never got my mail. Note; my payment was not due and the box was paid in full. Another time over the holidays, I was picking up packages containing presents. I had a few slips and while handing them to the clerk, he whistled and said “boy must be nice to have money.” How disrespectful and condescending is that? The place is always JAMMED packed, packages thrown everywhere, mail on the floor, wrong change given, wrong postage and shipping prices, I could go on. It’s a real shame and I will likely take my business elsewhere. I feel sorry for the good employees who are still there. If customers are treated like this, I can just imagine how staff is treated…..

I've only used this location twice. Both times the staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. My latest visit involved a LOOOOONG line, because that is usual at this time of year. The staff was pleasant and the line really moved along fast. The biggest kudos go to Darin who really gives helpful and kind assistance. I told him he was a "doll"!

Waited in an impatient but courteous line during the Xmas rush for about 45 minutes until I reached the counter. UPS Store rep, Mark, was so helpful and let me know all my options. He is an asset to the business!!

Stopped by UPS around 2pm on a Saturday, specifically, the last Saturday before Christmas. Store was packed, long lines, some audibly unhappy customers. There was a man behind the counter who was clearly communicating with us customers verbally, which was appreciated. GG helped us with our own boxes and was friendly while helping us and managing a whole crowd. Thank you GV UPS team for helping bus and staying friendly and professional <3

I really appreciate the people working at the UPS Store. They go above and beyond to make the returns happen. Darin helped me today get to my email to print labels for a time sensitive package. The copies I came in with were too light. He was patient, kind, tech-savy and cheerful. It is my go-to place for mailing. Thank you.

This is the best UPS store I've been to, in California! Entire staff is very helpful and kind! Michael was a pleasure to work with. He helped me process 4 large boxes for shipment quickly, while he kept me smiling with friendly conversation! Mark and Josie have also been a huge help! Thank you UPS store, Grass Valley! You are my go-to for all my shipping needs!UPDATE!They have a TOYS for TOTS drive in December!! There is a drop bin just inside.
