Purchased a washer and dryer. We understood there would be delays due to covid however now we find out that delivery options have changed and the person on the phone had no idea, was impatient with me and suggested "could pick them up" as if senior citizens could just run over there. Also the units are delayed but there was no plan to contact us. We know this store is for sale and has been for some time so there are probably leadership issues regarding customer service. Very disappointing and we will have to look elsewhere in the future. Attitude is critical in challenging times

This review is solely based on customer service. Worked with Matt, who greeted me outside in a friendly manner. He asked me all the right questions, lead me to the stove section, first listened, then asked me if he could explain his knowledge on appliance purchases, and explained it in a customer friendly manner. While I still had a few stores to visit for comparison, he walked me outside and said he appreciated my interest and to please visit them again. Went to Hill Flat moments later, saw the staff person abuse customers per usual, and left.

Prefering to buy local, I ordered three major kitchen appliances. They charged the full amount & promised delivery in a couple of weeks. Nearly three months later, I canceled & got a credit back to my card. NOT ONCE did I receive a call from them. When I called them, I would get another estimated delivery date. The date would come & go with no contact, EVER! This happened a half-dozen times. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that the staff was polite & issued a credit without a hassle.

Terrible customer service. ordered a washer and had it delivered and installed. installer didn't bother leveling or checking before he left. ran my first load and was off balance. had to wait over a week for them to come back. when installer came back did nothing but complain that it was our fault that it wasn't balanced and that he leveled it to the dryer and didn't bother using a level because "it was hot and I was just going through the motions" made my wife extremely uncomfortable to be here with him. management didnt really care and offered no compensation for the week without our new washer and no apology for the behavior of installer. installer also was not wearing a mask for either visit.

Went into this store today and was shocked that they are not complying with the State order to wear masks for Covid-19 protection. You wear masks if you care about your customers not to protect yourselves. I'm not a customer of yours anymore. This store should be closed.

We moved here in July and needed a washer and dryer. The sale prices were good so we purchased a set with home installation. Salesperson was knowledgeable and efficient. We scheduled for delivery in a couple of days. Communication were clear concerning instructions about the delivery and installation day. Everything went as planned and is still working as intended. I'm going back for a dishwasher soon.

I went in today knowing exactly what I wanted& I was prepared to buy. The 1st guy that helped me was awesome he remembered my last visit & printed up everything I needed. The older man that was supposed to help me helped another lady ,she even stated I was b4 her & he ignored this , then he helped 2 more people who came in way. After me. I am a native American woman ,I try not to see racial bias however every person helped instead of myself was white . I left & went to spend the 2200 dollars I was prepared to spend locally Only to spend it at another store.
