Staff are friendly and welcoming. They're very on top of things in comparison to the other pharmacies in the area. Not perfect, but in general, they're much more competent with getting your orders ready on time.The store is set up in a way where it's super easy to get in and out quickly.I would use them as my main pharmacy if they had access to a stimulant provider. I don't know if this just affects Schedule II stimulants, specifically ADHD stimulants, or all drugs in the class. But they are just unable to provide any kind of commonly prescribed stimulant.This is absolutely not the pharmacy's fault. Obviously a small pharmacy is going to struggle getting a hold of a provider of such a heavily monitored substance.However, the fact I can't pick up all of my boyfriend's medications along with mine is unfortunately a deal breaker for me.If you aren't on stimulants, this place is a great choice.No idea if they also have trouble getting other kinds of heavily controlled medications.I'd recommend you call ahead of time before you decide to send anything that might cause a problem. They've been very clear and upfront to me over the phone about matters like that.

Talk about unhelpful! I was attempting to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy in town, simply due to Dokimos very limited hours and WOW instead of helping me I was told to just have my doctor call in another prescription to the pharmacy. This means I have to wait to get the medication I need and not sure why they simply cannot transfer the prescription. Never giving this place a dime again!

The pharmacy cashier is the rudest person. I witnessed her berate a hearing impaired person for not understanding. Strongly advise all hearing impaired people to avoid this place and anyone else for that matter.

Wouldn’t fill prescribed medication because of their own religious beliefs. Avoid.

If I could give a negative star I would.....the employee I spoke with today was Incrediblyrude...plus they lie....I will never set foot in that store again!

Great neighborhood pharmacy. Have a lot of sundries, gifts, cards, personal care items. The waiting areas are very small, so calling ahead is a good idea. The technicians are efficient and courteous. The back counter is confusing. I think they have a flu shot clinic, vaccination station, back there?No public bathrooms here! The pharmacist is personable and thorough, which is the best reason to take your business here.

If a "0" was accepted that what I'd give this place. A man that was released from the hospital 2 hrs ago with an amputation was refused meds. We've been long time customers, but not anymore!!

This pharmacy is awesome! They have a huge selection of gift items as well. It's fun to shop in there while waiting for a prescription. Good location. Fully staffed.

I called over a week prior and spoke to an individual in the pharmacy. I asked if they took my insurance and was told yes. I was then asked what the Rx was, I told them pain meds as I just had surgery, I also wanted to move my husbands Rx's over. They were unable to take my husband because I was told they reached their limit on narcotics to the degree he needs and cannot take anymore people with that Rx :O! They told me they could take me because it was a one time thing and a small amount. It took me 4 days to get this Rx transferred to this pharmacy and I even called yesterday to see if they had it. They said they did not receive it. so again I called my doc that had documentation of sending it to them. However they agreed to send it again. I received NO call from the pharmacy stating they could not fill it. I called today and was told they reached their limit and could not fill it. I was appalled. I have worked in the medical field and do my homework and trust nothing, however when you do that and still get told that it is not so, it is more than frustrating. I no longer trust this pharmacy and would not use them for any other drug needed either. I will drive 1/2 hour away to get some kind of real service. So Sad!!!

As soon as I possibly can I'll change pharmacies. I 100% get being shorthanded but this has been years! I've have been lied to so many times I can't even count it. They say they will have my meds ready and when I go in they aren't. I get one of 3 answers, we were waiting on Dr's, we were just filling them if you want to wait (not true) or we don't show those as needing filled but I see now they are due, not sure why those aren't coming up as auto refill. This last week I was told I could pick them up on the 6th. I asked if I needed to call on the 6th, they said no, we have them set to fill on that day. I want in on the 6th and was told no, not until the 10th. Went back the 8th as I got a call saying my monthly meds were ready, asked another person about tge ones that were supposed to be the 6th they said no. I see they could be filled on the 6th and asked if I wanted to wait. I said yes and went out to my car. When I went back in to get them they again so oh sorry it is the 10th after all. This shirt of garbage happens EVERY SINGKE MONTH! So even with calling ahead of time it still took 3 times of going into the pharmacy to get one prescription! My inhaler even tho it's on auto fill is never available, they always say they need to order it in.

I had gone to Dokimos East Main based on the reviews here. We had lost our pharmacy when K mart closed. Rather than use a big box pharmacy (RiteAid) we wanted to support local. My wife has medication for het COPD that is vital to her daily existance. We went to the pharmacy a day or two after the prescriptions were called in. They had automatically substituted a different drug assuming we didn't have insurance. Saying the prescribed drug "was very expensive". Upon presenting our insurance and prescription cards the counter person became obviously flustered saying "I don't know what to do with this". I replied " there is an 800 # you can call". Still obviously confused he began mumbling incoherently. Finally arriving at the conclusion that they didn't take our insurance without calling or contact. We asked if they didn't have the prescribed drug, could they transfer the script to RiteAid (who took over kmart pharmacy clients). "No we can't". This is a med that is essential to allow regular breathing patterns that they may or may not have had. And decided to substitute a basic inhaler for. Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe this. My two cents, AVOID!!
