The cashier was nice but the security guard was extremely harassing. The security guard company is very unprofessional. The owners of the shopping center should really consider going back to their previous security guard company or at least firing the one who works Sunday nights. CVS has lost our business because of the unprofessionalism from the security guard.

Walked in with my friends and I jokingly handed my friend a stuffy and she lightly pushed me because we were messing around, causing me to drop it and she lightly kicked it and I put it back into place, next thing a girl maybe 19 or 20 marches down are idle screaming at us to leave and escorted us out screaming the whole way, pushing my friend and yelling at us telling us we weren’t sorry, telling us we were Permanently banned, she’s calling security, the manager will hear ect. This woman was on me and my friends from the begining because of our appearances (dyed hair/piercings) assuming we were bad, I walked in talking to my friends saying “I wonder if they have MATCHING stuff” because we wanted something matching like clothing or stuffed animals and she comes around saying “matches are on isle (i don’t remember) but u need a adult and u cannot purchase those” and I explained to her exactly what I meant. This lady was completely out of proportion and left me and my friends crying. Went to Walgreens and got much better service and used the money I was going to spend on cvs but I guess not!

Unfortunately a prescription medication was not available at another pharmacy, so i was forced to go to CVS. Both my husband and I have covid and needed an antiviral medication.I drove to the Brunswick store…..The pharmacy technician there insisted that they could not give me my prescription without seeing the actual insurance cards. When I returned with the documents I was then told by their pharmacist that they already had that information in their database. The technician could have expedited my experience by just walking 20 feet to a computer….rudeness and lack of empathy have soured me on ever having dealings with this pharmacy again.A final note…..the cost was $0.00! So no insurance information was ever needed!

Hate this pharmacy. Put on hold without being asked then left on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up. I literally had time to drive to the pharmacy and stand in line... never taken off hold. I can't imagine EVER providing this poor of customer service.

This place is centrally located with big Safeway, Mexican restaurant and coffee Cafe [just to name a few]. They have a wide selection of beauty products, over the counter medicines, in store pharmacy and good deals on liquor. Although they are short staffed the employees that work there are awesome and hard working. Thanks to Jose M (manager) for helping out wherever is needed! Ps. Go early if you can to avoid the crowds!

Pharmacy lady lied to me and said a state law required me to go to local doctor to get my out of state prescription refilled. Not to mention she was rather rude from the start.I went to another location and they said there was no problem refilling it. They had no idea what she was referring to.Reading these reviews I'm a little relieved it's not me. It's them. Fortunately I tried the other CVS instead of leaving the state just because of this person's lack of professionalism.

Staff was rude. One of the pharmacy techs was “mansplaining” to me about how prescription transfers work. They were also out of tamiflu during flu season, please do better CVS.

If you're going to make people wait in the pharmacy line for 15+ minutes to pickup something that should be OTC, then it would be nice if your inventory cards matched ACTUAL INVENTORY at the pharmacy. Thank you for wasting my lunch break!

Based on previous reviews, I did not have high hopes of this CVS, however, it seems they’ve stepped up their game.Yes, there was a line but it went quickly as they had 3 people working prescription pick up. The person who helped me was friendly and efficient. They had texted me that my prescription was ready and it was. All in all, I have no complaints!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Wow! Rude is an understatement. I pity anyone who has to work in that environment.

One cashier. Auto check-out asks MANY unnecessary questions.

Where do I start? I went to this CVS since I was visiting from out of town. Yes, agreeing with other reviews - long wait lines. 20-30 minutes. When I finally had my turn I was told the prescription wasn't ready. When I said the doctor called it in in the morning (this was close to 6pm), she said they are so backed up, but then B.S.ed me by saying, "but we moved you up" as if to placate me.Then I was told the cost was $109. I'm used to paying $10-$15 co-pay! I asked if that was before or after insurance. She said she didn't know and sent me to another line ("drop off"). After waiting there 10-15 minutes, I asked if the cost was my co-pay, that I have Kaiser. Believe it or not, she said that "You can only get Kaiser prescriptions filled at Kaiser." After saying "not true" (I have all my prescriptions normally sent to Walmart), I asked if they don't have any Kaiser customers. She said yes, "They all pay cash," (CASH??) so apparently they will FILL Kaiser prescriptions, but do not accept the insurance - even the Medical insurance. SO HEADS UP YOU KAISER CUSTOMERS - IF YOU PAY "CASH" YOU ARE PAYING FULL PRICE! When I complained about the extraordinary cost difference she offered me a "discount card" (I never saw a "card") which reduced my cost to $12 (from $109!). If I hadn't complained, I would have paid nearly 10 times my true co-pay! A pharmacy that doesn't recognize all health insurance plans? Really?I was then sent back to the pick up line, paid - and sent off with no pharmacist consultation for this new prescription even offered. This is long and detailed and I hope CVS management sees it. I will also be notifying my doctor who called in the prescription.
