On NYE, I was having a terrible day and went into this store for apple juice at about 10:30pm. The man working at the check stand was the kindest person I've ever met. Showed me a picture of his cat. Made my whole day better.

I made an appointment online (as recommended) for my flu shot at 9:30 am. In order to speed the process up it is recommended to complete the insurance information online - Done. I also checked in online, as recommended. They verify my info, appointment, insurance and zero co-pay. Now it is 9:20 am and they tell me, "We will start the vaccines at 10 AM. That's right 10 AM!! Why to you offer appointment beginning at 9 AM if you don't start the entire process until 10?!?!

Unfortunately the pharmacy staff lack any emotion. They almost try to be unfriendly. Why doesn't CVS doing better training and make their employees understand how a little friendliness can go a long way.

Emily, will not take the time to actually help you... Jeremy, seems to be the only compassionate person there. I have been denied by Emily, and then approved by Jeremy in the same visit, his patience and diligence...his compassion the difference. Having only Emily on staff last night, I was denied my medication, she attempted to bill me, despite my insurance clearly stating I was covered...I'm going through withdrawal now as I seek another pharmacy with more people like Jeremy. Even the manager there has no patience or compassion, they're drug dealers...and it's all about the cash, they can deny anyone, for any reason... tattoos, bad attitude...withdrawal symptoms...they DO NOT CARE! Caveat Emptor!

I recently had the WORST customer experience ever trying to refill a Rx at this pharmacy. There was an issue with transferring my son's Rx from one CVS to this one and, although the attendant on the phone told me they would have it ready in an hour, two days later I appeared to find not only did they screw up the Rx that was to be transferred, but that one of the managers, Shauna (?) CANCELLED it without anyone bothering to call, text or email me. I waited for an hour in a crowded store that did not practice social distancing with really RUDE STAFF. They eventually gave me the Rx, only to get home to find it's the wrong one! Don't bother wasting your time.

I would not even give them one star if it was possible. Look at their ratings, not one 3, 4 or 5 star review. That says it all. No customer service allowed. One exception is for Jeremy. He treats the customers as if he owned the place. The rest of the crew needs to take numerous classes on customer service and what that entails. I always am made to feel like I'm bothering them. Maybe they should be self subscribing themselves medicine that makes them happier people, that enjoy their job. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy that is appreciative of my business.

Don't try CVS Pharmacy. There's typically 1 person handling pick up. The line is always long. The clerk chats forever~line increases. Often you're next and they say, "There's another line and another person is 1st!" They'll tell you it will be ready in and hour. You come back and it takes longer. Then they inform you your item isn't available??? Dokimos is the best. Stay away from CVS Pharmacy....

It's eerie in there. The moment I enter I'm in fight or flight mode. The line takes FOREVER.

The pharmacy here is dog shit. Long lines, Rx not ready when they say it will be, never answer the phone, etc. Amateur hour. Switching to Walgreen's.

Horrible customer service, very rude and talk to you with serious attitude. Extremely long wait times, and staff wont even call you when your medication is ready... Stay away or Go elsewhere !

This review is for Jeremy in particular. My doctor had increased a dose of my medicine and I asked for it to be called in to CVS Grass Valley as I had recently moved from Reno. She didn't update the increased dose (or call in to new CVS) so when I ran out of meds the insurance denied it as it was 'too soon for refill'. Jeremy took the time to call the insurance and get a manual override and filled it that day. He was very kind and courteous and I just wanted his manager's to know. :)

Ordered a prescription to be mailed to me. When it didn't arrive and the tracking info came back with an error message, I followed up with them as I had just run out of meds. Their tech person told me the package was mislabeled so USPS returned it to them. It was paid for but they could not print another shipping label so just come in and get it. But I'm 30 mins away. The fact that no one called me to explain the situation as soon as they received the returned package says a lot about their operation. Seems from all the bad reviews like a regional manager needs to come in and fix things here.

ABSOLUTELY no and I mean NO such thing as customer service!!!! Their items are waaaay over priced, they are making up for the money they are losing for the people that have stopped shopping there by raising prices on those that do shop there....One example alcohol free hair spray I buy elsewhere is $6.00 a bottle, CVS is $13.00....no thank you.!

This Pharmacy LOST two of my prescriptions a few months back. Right before I needed to file police report they miraculously found them. However, just to get prescriptions filled (that they disagreed with) they would not fill them until I showed them private doctor-patient privileged information. Then, the next month after the particular pharmacist that I had to show that information to left, they pulled it again. Now they won't fill my prescriptions unless my doctor tapers me off medication that I need. Not that it's their business but I'm an amputee who's had over a hundred surgeries, 5 knee replacements, and rods and plates, and screws in various parts of my body. They are also violating HIPAA by asking my doctor's office for private information that they do not need. They have violated my Patients Bill of Rights. They're violating California state law. And they were really rude about it, I felt like she ENJOYED making me cry. I guess everything I've been through isn't enough for them. I will now be hiring a lawyer. I understand that the world is going crazy about opiate addiction. But some of us DO actually need these medications. CVS should be ashamed of themselves for trying to involve themselves in the patient's private doctor patient privileged information. Store policy does not Trump California state law.

Wow. What a bad attitude from the pharmacy department. I apologize for not knowing how your business runs and that apparently you aren't capable of communicating to other branches via computer. That suggestion elicited a chuckle. Happy I made you laugh.
